It was a great facility the only issued we had was the pool was very hot and we couldn't use it right way but the response was very quick but it still took 2 days for the pool to cool off. Also the baseboard on the ground floor was missing.

We have stayed at Barefoot Trace before. Love the property and the location. Very relaxing.

Loved the view of the ocean & the location of the condo. Parking was tight & the complex could use an elevator. The listing showed 3 pools, we could only find 2. Other than that The staff at VacationRental Pros was very nice. Anything We needed attented to, they saw to it. The locals were by friendly. Would love to stay there again.

The house was very comfortable for our family.
The pool was used daily, mostly by the grandchildren. The beach was easily accessible and enjoyed.

Enjoyed the great view of the beach and the golf course....Did not like being so far away from the beach and pools...The condo was awesome and enjoyed the amenities...Had to drive to beach on each visit....Did not like having to pay toll each time we went off....More things to do around condo...Had to travel distance to Daytona Beach or St. Augustine...Like the Chairs and Umbrellas on the beach...

Great Ocean View! Condo in great condition, fit all our needs for 2 little toddlers, 1 level and very enjoyable vacation. Only complaint was living room needs a bigger TV. Will be back, we come to St. Augustine every summer. Love it here.

We loved our vacation. Have been going to Summerhouse house for years. This unit has the best view ever! The unit is nicely decorated. We had a few problems. There were a lot of bugs! But we called and someone was there to spray after the second night. That really helped. There was also a fridge issue. It was also quickly addressed. I would recommend this unit.

The condo was nice with a great view but it could have been cleaned a little better and the DVD player in the living room didn't work.We had a great time and would go again.

This house was amazing - wonderful place for a family reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would rent again.

My daughter and I took a "girls trip" to St Augustine and booked this unit through VacationRentalPros. That was the first time I had used this company and I was pleased. The unit was clean, comfortable and a perfect size for just the two of us. I have no complaints and I will probably use them again in the future.

We had such a great time here! I believe the condo is in the best position of all of the units. So close to the pool & beach. Nice patio, we used so much. Very big and spacious. The beds were very comfy, as were the couches. I would highly recommend and would stay again. Wish we were still there!

We love coming to Colony Reef. Although we don't get to come every year it's still our favorite beach getaway for our family. The view from our balcony is beautiful and the pool and boardwalk are unbeatable for convenience and overall comfort. On our trip down we had some car trouble so one of your security guys suggested a good mechanic in the area and we were so pleased that he did that for us. He didn't have to go out of his way to check on us but he made sure we were well taken care of. It's nice to know that people still have your well being in mind. The inside of the condo was great but we were not able to lower the thermostat under 74 degrees on the few times that it needed to be a bit cooler in there. Also we needed 2 more chairs at the dining table and it needed 2 more lamps in dark corners. All very fixable problems and we ate outside most of the time anyway. I would highly recommend this location to anyone since it's quiet and well maintained.

We had a very pleasant experience with Vacation Rental Pro. Our condo was great and in an awesome location on the grounds. Loved being so clost to the pool. Would definately recommend this condo!

The condo was nice, the master bed was great! Enjoyed the view my family have have been vacationing at summerhouse for 10 years and we love the area. My only problems with he unit were the glass on the coffee table is not cut the right size and cut and bruised my leg the first day. There was only one key upon arrival, I called vaca rental pros three Times before I got anyone,and was told to go pick up keys, I didn't. The unit seemed clean enough but I found toys under furniture and cobwebs in corner. I really loved unit 263.

The only thing I would recommend to make Morning Glory beyond perfection is some kind of fan outside in the sitting area by the pool. It is big enough to have your own space - everything about it is wonderful. The kids loved the pool. The decor was relaxing and we had a wonderful week that ended all too soon!

this was a nice condo, plenty of seating, beds comfortable, great little patio with nice breeze and view. but the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. the burners on the stove are dangerous as pans will not sit flat on them, and the pans are very cheap thin ones that are warped as well. the items in the kitchen all seem to have been bought at garage sales, as all are cheap, thin and old. while I do not expect to find gourmet quality knives in a summer rental, it is not too much to ask that there be at least one decent knife and one decent pan to be used for cooking.

The condo and surrounding complex were amazing. The condo was clean and very spacious. The beach, though mostly shell, was beautiful and we had a great time playing on the beach and at the pool. My 6 year old loved the kid area of the pool. We will definitely be back!
