We couldn't be happier with the Euclid house we rented last year from Steve. We found him on the internet, and the pictures did not do the house justice! Over and above that, the wanting to please and to make sure we were happy with our rental was beyond belief! We can't wait to go back again this coming winter! Steve - We had a great time and beautiful weather in Venice. Your Sante Joseph villa is a comfortable house in a quiet area, with a lovely secluded pool and garden. Hi Steve, I hope all is well. Our stay at the Palm Coast Condo with our Golden Retriever (Emma) was fabulous. From having a secluded beach, to travel to Daytona and St. Augustine, we had a remarkable week. Almost unbelievably on Thursday of our stay Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, and Charles Barkley surprised us by showing up to play golf. We enjoy traveling with our pet Emma. Your condo was perfect for her with long walks on the beach and retrieving tennis balls in the surf. Oh, and yes we do plan on returning and are very interested in your Venice Beach location. Steve - We came over from Scotland and stayed here in the Aurora house the first two weeks in September 2005. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The pool was brand new. The wireless internet connection was very useful and effortless to connect to. Perhaps the house was too big for just the two of us, but the privacy is nice. A 1 bed condo might have been less expensive, but not as enjoyable. Hopefully, funds permitting, we can rent from Steve again. I advise anyone reading this to give Steve a try. Steve, What a wonderful surprise getting the deposit back so quickly! Everyone had a wonderful time in Venice at the Parkdale house. You have a beautiful home and we enjoyed it immensely. Steve, We had a fabulous time in Venice last week at the Aurora Seabreeze house. We so enjoyed the beach, the pool, the Paw Park (dog beach)... all so relaxing and wonderful. We had perfect weather, got tons of shells, even some shark's teeth. The area is really nice, not so populated, we loved that. Hi Steve, The Bayshore house is lovely, the neighbors very nice. They brought their dogs over to meet our dog and have two girls near our daughter’s age. Our daughter even went to a bowling alley at the invitation of the youth group at the local church we attended this morning. Our favorite was that this is the first vacation that we brought our dog Molly and it was so much fun we will definitely bring her again next year. Her favorites on her first ever vacation was the Brohard Paw Park dog beach, walking to downtown Venice and listening to concerts in the park. Hi Steve - Just a line to let you know what a great time we had in Venice. The Villas Golden Beach house was great and as you know we were there for a month. We had one small problem and It was taken care of almost before we hung up the phone. Now that is service. If we go down again you are the only one we would even consider renting from. We had our 2005 family reunion in Venice and experiencing some trepidation about the accomodations while driving there. But as soon as we stepped into the Parkdale house with it's large white tiles and open, open expansive and airy demeanor, we fell in love with the house. Hi Steve - We truly loved the house and enjoyed our stay tremendously. Here are my comments: Woke up each morning to the wonderful smell of gardenia outside the bedroom window. The house is fantastic; spacious, nicely appointed, in a quiet neighborhood, and just a stone's throw from the beach. It comes complete with a grill and a wonderful Florida room with a heated pool. We were close enough to walk to downtown Venice to enjoy the shops and cafes. Great place for a family get-away. We will stay here every time we return to Venice. My daughter has been asking me all year if we're going back to 'our house' in Venice this summer. Mary Stacey, Rockwell TX

Dear Steve, Mike and I are writing this letter for anyone interested in renting one of your Venice area properties. We stayed in two of your properties last fall and felt that both were really tremendous values. In the first, a duplex on Harbor Drive, we found a convenient and well equipped rental, freshly painted and well kept, with easy access to beaches and shopping. We loved it and felt it would have been fine for a longer stay. The Aurora Street house was really a wonderful home. We fell in love with it and ended up staying for three months. Again, it was very well kept, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and your management staff was very helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty to make us happy.
