Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island of Venice Beach Florida and surrounded by gardens and a heated pool. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, it has a separate living room, a dining room and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
Our Palm Venice vacation beach house is a very nice vacation home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom is smaller and contains a single bed (sleeps 1) and a trundle pull out bed (sleeps 1). Our family room contains a day bed (sleeps 1 to 2). And, the living room contains a sleeper couch (sleeps 1 to 2). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
Our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a 5 minute walk to the beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
