The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets. The sunroom has a queen sleeper couch (sleeps 1 or 2 people).
Our Sunset Venice beach rental house is fully loaded with contemporary new living room furniture, with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances and sunroom with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. Plus, the back yard is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.
Our Sunset Venice Florida Holiday Villa also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
