Our condo is located in a resort containing 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, and a pond, plus private beach access that deposits you right on the sugary sands! In addition to Crescent Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away, and historic St. Augustine is right down the road by car. You're in the heart of vacation paradise here, so whether your passion is golf, water sports, nature, shopping, sightseeing, or simply basking on the beach, you've come to the right place!

When you enter our condo, the first thing that strikes you is the soothing, comfortable décor. Cool tiled floors, silently turning ceiling fans, and long sun-drenched windows all contribute to the light, relaxing feel of Ocean Gate 345. Kick off the flip-flops and make yourself at home!

Our open-plan living and dining area promotes togetherness and fun. The living room contains double glass doors, a TV with VCR and DVD player, and a sink-right-in sofa and chair. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach or on the links. And if part of your group wants to do a little work on the laptop or catch up on email, use our dining table as a computer center. You have free wireless Internet at Ocean Gate 345, so reassure the teens that they won't miss a moment of Facebook time!

Of course, if the table is already in use for a massive jigsaw puzzle or Uno tournament (or even possibly as a place to dine!), there's always the breakfast bar in the kitchen. Kids are especially fond of our tall stools, which enable them to put in personal requests to the chef!

And the chef is kept happy in our kitchen at Ocean Gate 345. There's a view straight through the living area to outdoors, which is most refreshing when you're cooking. We've stocked our kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and gadgets you'd need to fix just about anything -- all you need is groceries!

We find, though, that the most popular items are the microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and dishwasher. The fishing and restaurants around the Villas of Ocean Gate just offer too much delicious food to worry about home cooking! Stock up on drinks and snacks, and chances are you've got everything you need for the perfect vacation!

Well, TV, games, and meals are all great fun, but when it's time to sleep, you'll really appreciate the comfort of Ocean Gate 345. Our bedrooms cater to a great night's sleep, and we think you'll like all the beds as well as the soothing décor. We've provided all the linens, pillows, and blankets you might need, as well as towel sets for the 2 full bathrooms. Pack light and don't worry about bringing "extras." We've got you covered -- literally!

The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed that can only be described as heavenly, as well as his-and-her nightstands and plenty of storage space. Don't be too careful in setting the alarm each and every night during your stay; what's a vacation if you can't "accidentally" oversleep?

The second bedroom contains 2 double beds, very comfortably sleeping 4 in a light, sun-washed space that will soothe even the most excited children.
