In the heart of St. Augustine Beach is our condo at Ocean & Racquet Club 3305. Convenient to the historic downtown Old City as well as the pristine white sands of the beach, our condo is your perfect launch pad for an exciting beach and city vacation!

Ocean & Racquet Club 3305 is on the third floor of an exclusive, gated beachfront resort with many amenities. Here you will find 2 swimming pools (one of them heated), tennis courts, Jacuzzis, racquetball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a clubhouse full of games and activities. A private walkway leads you down to the beach. There's something to do here for all ages without even leaving the grounds!

You can see the ocean from the balcony of our condo -- not to mention hearing the murmur of the surf and smelling the zesty salt air! There is casual seating out here, and it's a great place to come first thing in the morning as well as late at night to enjoy the wide-open Florida sky.

Step inside from the balcony and you find yourself in our living room, with ultra-comfortable couch and chairs surrounding an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player. The couch folds out into a bed, while the recliner offers a tempting nap site at all hours!

Beyond the living area is our dining table, set for 4 and conveniently close to the pass-through hatch from the kitchen. One evening after dinner, stage a marathon battle of Monopoly, or get the whole gang together to work a jigsaw. Every vacation needs one "night in"!

Even if this is a dining-out-only vacation, you'll appreciate our galley-style kitchen, equipped with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and glasses you could ask for. Gleaming appliances and all the modern timesavers -- microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, etc. -- are on hand to make your time in the kitchen quick and efficient. So even if you're savoring the delicacies of Harry's and Columbia, at least you can reheat the leftovers easily!

A washer and dryer are tucked conveniently in our condo at Ocean & Racquet Club 3305, so pack light for this vacation! You know you'll be hopping from the tennis court to the beach to the city to the pool every day, so you can keep all those towels and swimsuits fresh for the next adventure.

No matter how fun your days are, you'll always look forward to coming home to Ocean & Racquet Club 3305. Both bedrooms are very soothing and quiet, giving you a great night's sleep. We provide all the linens, blankets, and towels you need, as well as the towel sets for the bathrooms, and we keep spares of everything in the condo. No need to worry about running out to Wal-Mart for an extra pillow on this trip!

The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, his-and-her nightstands with reading lamps, and a TV just in case you want to catch the late-late show. The floor in here is polished hardwood, and a big window offers plenty of sunshine if you like. The master bath is en suite, with a tub and shower combination, tile floor, and spotlighting.

The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that share a nightstand, a hardwood floor, and closet space for storage. Perfect for children or another couple, it shares a full bathoom (with both shower and tub option) with the living area of the condo.
