Named by the owners after the legendary beautiful island in the Arthurian legend, our Cinnamon Beach Avalon Home has been loving newly furnished and completely renovated as of March 2011. Once you step inside, you will ask yourself, "Is this a private home or a 5-star hotel?!"

Our Avalon House offers 3640 square feet of bliss and another 1800 square feet of tiled patios including a heated pool, spa, third floor wet bar, and fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen with propane grill.

From the moment you see our 3-story Mediterranean-style home with a state of the art elevator, you'll know you've "Arrived"! Tall, stately trees shade the large front yard in this gated community. Step inside and you enter our family room, with tile floors, and a 50" HDTV and Blue Ray player. The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms, the private laundry room and 2 bathroom. It also accesses the large outdoor patio with the swimming pool, spa, and summer kitchen. There is even a handy bathroom that is accessible from the outside patio! Best of all the entire house is wired with theatre surround sound speakers for music and enjoyment.

But you may not spend too much time in the family room, because an even more amazing space and views awaits you on the 2nd level with living room featuring a 58" HDTV, Blue Ray Player, gourmet kitchen (with 42" built in refrigerator, induction cooker & convection combo wall oven), granite breakfast bar, dining table and a master bedroom suite complete with a jetted jacuzzi tub and private patio with views to the west. There is also another large outdoor tiled patio with comfy chairs and partial ocean views.

The highlight of your stay may be on the 3rd floor with another master bedroom suite complete with a 42" plasma HDTV and sofa sleeper. But best of all is the 1,000 square foot tiled patio with a fantastic assortment of chaise chairs and pillow chairs as well as a wet bar and refrigerator. Enjoy the ocean breeze and partial ocean views from this majestic spot.

The back of the house is gated with a heated pool and spa! Float in the pool, gazing up at scattered white clouds chasing across a blue sky, and feel the workaday cares melt away! And why cook indoors when the evenings are so long and the weather so lovely? We also have a fully operational outdoor patio kitchen, with a state-of-the-art propane grill, sink, and refrigerator and all the accoutrements you need to whip up a quick snack or a full meal. Smooth tiles encourage you to cook barefoot, while the fieldstone decor just adds to the outdoorsy feel of this ultra-modern living space. As you grill your freshly-caught fish in the soft sea breeze, you'll feel as though you're posing for a spread in Coastal Living magazine!

Even if you're traveling with a large group, they'll find comfort and space to spare in our generously proportioned house. With 4 bedrooms and 4½ baths, Avalon Beach House sleeps 10 very easily. There are two master bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms.

Nearby activities and entertainment spoil you for choice. As guests of our Cinnamon Beach Avalon Beach house you enjoy access to the exclusive facilities at Cinnamon Beach Resort which is only a short walk away. Kids and adults alike will go crazy for two large heated pools. One, a heated lap pool, is directly oceanfront and the second, for kids, has a zero-slope entrance for paddling. Also available are a fitness center, a jacuzzi, 2 games room, a cafe, jogging trails - not to mention miles and miles of delicious cinnamon-colored beach.
