Our living room & all 4 bedrooms of our condo at Bella Mar open onto the balcony overlooking either the sunrise on Crescent Beach or the sunset on the Intracoastal! Beautifully furnished, & perfectly located, this is your St. Augustine home-away-from-home!

At Bella Mar 202, you're always just steps away from the outdoors, with that refreshing salty ocean breeze and the murmur of the surf to soothe you. Sea and shore birds wheel past, marine life has been known to raise a fin above the waves, and the pure blue Florida sky makes an endlessly beautiful backdrop. The wide white sands of Crescent Beach -- one of Florida's absolute best! -- and the sand dunes covered in natural vegetation are just below our balcony on one side, while the condo swimming pool and the placid tides of the Intracoastal are on the other. Wherever you look, there's beauty!

Featuring an absolutely addictive hammock and a casual table and chairs, our balcony is a delight for every member of your party. This is the place you'll want to savor that first cup of coffee in the morning, or linger over the final glass of wine before bed. It's a great place to pop open the laptop and send a few emails or update your Facebook status ("Fallen in love with Crescent Beach; not coming home!"). You have free wireless Internet here, so you can stay connected even when viewing nature at its most unspoiled . . . or you can put all the electronics away, pull out the journal, the binoculars, and the Peterson's Guides, and have an old-fashioned vacation!

And the best part about the balcony is that it's accessible from every single bedroom, plus the living room. Your group can gather on the Intracoastal side to enjoy the sunset, and a few hearty souls may even reach the Atlantic side in time for the sunrise next morning. (The really ambitious can stroll down to the beach via our private dune walkover and see the dawn even closer!) You don't even have to brave the stairs -- ours is an elevator building, with "invisible" underground parking so nothing mars the view! There is even a dock you can enjoy sunset and fishing.

With all this excitement about the location, you might expect the interior of the condo to be a letdown, but you're in for a surprise. We've recently updated everything, from the travertine tile floors in the living and dining rooms to the stainless-steel kitchen appliances and HDTVs. Just because you're at the beach doesn't mean you have to live rough! Besides, your vacation is short. You deserve a Jacuzzi in the master bath!

Our living area is stylish and spacious, with sink-right-in couches, a 50" HDTV, gas fireplace, and breathtaking views. The dining area is in one corner, beneath elegant modern spotlighting. Here a table for 6 awaits you, with additional seating in tall directors' chairs at the breakfast bar. --What's that? You're eating on the balcony again? --Oh well, use the table for a game of Settlers of Catan, or let the kids fill it up with all the shells and sharks' teeth they're finding at low tide!

The kitchen at Bella Mar 202 is up-to-the-minute, with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and snazzy appliances. We've laid in a bunch of cookware, dishes, and utensils, too, just in case the cooking mood should strike you. (Even if it doesn't, we know you'll use the microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher!)

The master suite is luxurious, from the king-sized bed to the hardwood floors, TV, and en suite bath (the one with the Jacuzzi jetted tub). The other 3 bedrooms are well-equipped too: the second has a queen-sized bed, TV, and bath with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth also have TVs: one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two doubles. And all 4 bedrooms have balcony access and lovely views.

A 3rd full bathroom is convenient to the living area. All of the towels & linens you need for Bella Mar 202 are waiting for you here, along with our washer & dryer to keep them fresh. We've tried to think of everything, so you don't have to!
