Glimpse the Atlantic Ocean every morning from the lovely balcony at Ocean Club Village P34. Our third-floor flat in a gated condo complex is just yards from the beach, very comfortable with room for up to 6 vacationers ready to relax and have fun!

Everything about this condo is geared to your comfort and enjoyment. The living area is bathed in warm sunny color, with a well-padded bamboo couch and loveseat encouraging the whole family to gather around and watch movies on a new HDTV. The couch converts to a sleeper for 2, and if you open the drapes on the sliding glass doors, you'll get a fantastic view of the sunrise!

The dining area is just beyond the living room in this open-plan design, and it may well become your Command Central for the vacation. The table for 6 is just too comfortable to limit it to meals -- it's the place you'll gather to make plans, play uproarious games of Pictionary, and lay out your maps to plan your next day trip. Set up your laptop while you're at it -- you have free wireless Internet at Ocean Village Club P34.

You'll love our kitchen, with its handy layout and full complement of major appliances, countertop time-savers such as a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, and cupboards full of all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and serve a feast. There's even a stacked washer and dryer concealed within a closet! Water and ice are convenient in the door of the fridge, and while our granite countertops may not actually improve the flavor of the food, they sure make cooking it more enjoyable!

And you're all going to get a fabulous night's sleep every single night here at Ocean Village P34. Our master bedroom is an oasis of comfort, with its luxurious king-sized bed (all linens are provided), his-and-her-lamps, sliding glass door accessing the oceanview balcony, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower, with the sink area separate to eliminate congestion during the morning "rush"!

The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, great for the kids or friends. There is a full second bathroom convenient to this room, so everyone can get up and dressed with a minimum of fuss. Ah, the little things that make life easier!

But your favorite part of Ocean Village Club P34 may not be indoors at all. Our balcony, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, brings the ocean right to you! The view includes part of the condo complex -- the shuffleboard courts, a peek at the beachside swimming pool, a walking path and a lovely stand of palm trees -- but the real focus is the blue water and wide horizon. The sun rises right here every morning right before your eyes! Fresh sea breezes awaken your senses, and just one look at that perfect water makes everyone excited about getting down to the sand.

And the getting is easy, thanks to the private beach access close to your door. Our walkway carries you over the dunes and right down to the beach, a wide, pristine, family-friendly stretch of coastline. Ride the waves, soak up the sun, or play in the sand -- you can rent all types of watercraft nearby, and even try your hand at fishing in the surf! St. Augustine Beach is a never-ending source of pleasure, and we know you're going to enjoy every moment of it.

Of course, the condo complex itself has activities and facilities you'll want to try too. There are two swimming pools -- the oceanview one you can see from the balcony, which includes lots of poolside seating; and a second pool that is heated in the winter -- plus new clay tennis courts, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and a clubhouse with a fitness center, library, and guest computer. Everything here is at your disposal, free of charge!

Ocean Village Club P34 is convenient to championship golf courses, fine dining, world-class shopping, and all the attractions for which Florida is famous. It's a great place to relax, right in the heart of the action!
