You'll have ocean views from this ocean front patio, the second-storey balcony, and the master bedroom in our spacious, breezy townhouse-style condo. Located on a grassy lawn right beyond the dunes, Pier Point 11 is as close to the beach as you can be without getting wet! In the morning, stroll out with your first cup of coffee and watch the seabirds wheeling above the shore, the waves sparkling, and the empty sands looking peaceful and pristine. There's no better way to wake up!

However, our condo is far from remote. It's part of the Pier Point oceanfront resort, a family friendly complex with a huge oceanview swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and private beach access. At Pier Point 11, you're minutes from the pavilion and from downtown St. Augustine, with fine dining, shopping, and historic sightseeing. So it's the best of both worlds -- the peace and freedom of a quiet beach just outside your door, plus the convenience of a location in the heart of Florida's best vacation land!

Your favorite part of Pier Point 11 will probably be the balcony just off the living and dining area. From here you can see a corner of the pier, plenty of beach, and all the sea and sky you could wish for! The salty breeze is refreshing, and if you get up early enough, the sunrise will put on a show right before your eyes.

Step inside and you are in our sea-and-sand colored living room, with invitingly plump couches, a padded rocker, and a brand-new huge HDTV with DVD player and VCR. The ceiling fan whirs silently, the cool-toned décor encourages you to relax and take off your shoes, and before you know it, you may be taking a refreshing nap, no matter what the time of day! Ah, the joy of vacation!

Just beyond the living room is our dining area, with a big sturdy table that seats 6, flanked by a breakfast bar with seats for 2 more. (Pier Point is a friendly place; the kids are going to bring home new buddies from the pool!) You may find yourself taking most of your meals out to the balcony or patio, so feel free to turn the dining table into your command center and spreading out all the maps and brochures for your sightseeing adventures!

The kitchen is convenient to both the dining and living areas, and thanks to the open plan of our condo, you can watch the ocean while fixing everyone a tasty snack! Even if your vacation plans do not involve cooking, you'll find our well-stocked kitchen convenient. Load up the fridge with goodies and enjoy quick treats from the microwave, blender, and coffeemaker . . . with the dishwasher doing all the heavy work, of course! There are dishes and cookware here for making and serving anything you might like, so help yourself!

Pier Point 11 has 2 bedrooms with an extra twin in the master bedroom, so it sleeps 5 comfortably. The master suite contains a luxurious queen-sized bed as well as a day bed; turn the day bed with its high back facing outward and you have a toddler bed with a built-in safety rail! There is also a TV in the master suite, and the en suite bathroom contains both a tub and shower option. Leave the blinds open one night and wake to the sight of the sun rising over the ocean!

The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed and a full bathroom next door. There is a half-bath on the living room level to ensure that there is no waiting in line during the morning rush at Pier Point 11! All of the linens and towels you need are provided here, as well as a washer and dryer to keep everything clean and fresh.
