The ground floor (level with the sand dunes) offers covered parking, with the huge swimming pool to one side of the house. By the way, this pool is a dream for the whole family -- wide shallow steps on one side for easy accessibility; nice privacy with landscaping and space to sunbathe; and even an ocean view! You will absolutely love it.

The second and third floors of Seaside Manor have spectacular views, plenty of big windows (in addition to a generous deck on each level), and great spaces for your whole group. Prepare to be wowed!

The living room is on the second floor, with a ceiling that extends right to the top of the third! This accommodates the 3 enormous windows that splash sunshine and sky vistas into the house all day long. Below them, one entire wall is a panel of long, beautiful windows looking out to the dunes, sand, and sea. It's a postcard-worthy view, and it's yours all the time at Seaside Manor!

Cozy up in the living room on our plush, cushiony couches. A fireplace adds a homey touch, while the TV and DVD player are concealed within the entertainment center (the better to remain off-limits when you want the kids to go out and play!).

One corner of the living room leads out to the huge deck, with more panoramic views and plenty of sunshine. There's enough room out here for an impromptu "home picnic," not to mention sunbathing, reading, and texting (you have free wireless Internet at Seaside Manor). Early birds will enjoy watching dawn break on the horizon, a truly unforgettable sight.

The second floor also contains our kitchen and dining areas, complete with breakfast bar and plenty of seating. You'll love our well-appointed kitchen, from the water and ice in the door to the big old dishwasher. We keep it stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes, so all you need to do is make a grocery run on the way into town, and you're all fixed up!

The dining room table is in a secluded corner, with nice views from two directions, and a handy sideboard. It's a great place to start the day . . . and to finish it with a lightning round of Uno or perhaps a big game of Mexican Train.

There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor: one with a queen bed, access to the deck, and fantastic ocean views; the other with 2 twin beds and a trundle, sleeping 3 people altogether. This bedroom is more private, and makes a great place for the kids, who don't need views as much as they do peace and quiet!

The second floor also boasts a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, plus a full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub.

The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, and is destined to be one of your favorite places at Seaside Manor. A king-sized bed rests beneath big sloping windows in an A-frame room complete with HDTV, great views, and access to the 3rd-storey balcony. The bathroom on this floor offers a jetted whirlpool tub and dual vanities. Pamper yourself -- it's your vacation too!

Also on the 3rd floor is a charming little bedroom with a single bed and trundle, plus a bird's-eye view of the beautiful neighborhood. A futon sleeps 2 more people on this level.
