While the interior condo is over 1,720 square feet of clean, modern living space, sometimes you can’t beat Mother Nature’s best. Luckily the large patio keeps you completely comfortable while you enjoy the sunset show.

Palm trees flank both edges of your lake view and a patio table invites home-cooked al fresco meals. Respect the process, serving up slushy iced cocktails and perfect, fresh guacamole alongside completely stunning views.

Indoors are cucumber-cool living furnishings, which include two plush couches. Even those in your group who don’t usually take naps might changed their tune. Enjoy a space with plenty of elegant touches, like the drapes that billow in the gentle breeze.

The living room set-up easily accommodates all eight guests, whether for a movie or general unplanned hanging out. Between the living area and kitchen is a dining table for four, with extra bar stools at the adjacent breakfast bar.

As for the kitchen? You’ll very likely love it more than your own. Put on the Ritz (or its tropical cousin), in a gorgeous space with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Sleeping quarters include 3 bedrooms (accommodating 6 guests), plus a queen-size sofa bed for two more. Two bathrooms mean ample space and privacy for all - but never a wait for the shower.

A master suite boasts a five-star experience for that decidedly indulgent vacation. Settle into your pillow-top king bed, or soothe sore travel muscles first in the massive Jacuzzi-style soaking tub, en suite. The tub’s large tiled surround will easily stash bath bubbles, plush towels or a book. Storage is nearly unlimited, both in a huge dresser and large closet. At the unit’s opposite end are two guest bedrooms, with the choice of a queen bed and two extra-long twins.

When not out and about in the lush resort, both St. Augustine and Daytona are just a short drive away: restaurants, nightlife, sight-seeing and shopping, sorted.

This is building 11, second floor. We also manage Cinnamon Beach 1144 (two floors above). Perfect for families and groups traveling together.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular heated swimming pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family heated pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses.
