This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 324 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 3, second floor (unit 323). It is a luxury unit with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. It has views of the ocean and golf course from the balcony. We also manage the units next door (unit 324 and unit 325) for families traveling together.

The balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular golf course views. The living room has generous seating arranged to take advantage of the golf views as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

For your entertainment pleasure, this specific condo includes cable with 250 channels. It includes free Showtime. Plus, high speed wireless cable internet. And, the phone in the condo allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Wow!

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. The second room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The third bedroom has one double and two twins (sleeps 4). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Plus, we also have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computer.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
