This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 334 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 3, third floor (4th floor - unit 334). We also manage units 333,332 (3rd floor - next door), for groups looking to be together in the same building.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo sleeps 6 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our 3rd floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1910 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space and out door balcony. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area features seating for 8 and is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the color TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table with seating for 6 as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.

For your entertainment pleasure, this specific condo includes cable with 250 channels. It includes free Showtime. Plus, high speed wireless cable internet. And, the phone in the condo allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Wow!

The three bedrooms include a master with a king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed, and one with 2 twins.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
