UNIT 364. GOLF AND OCEAN VIEWS ON THE EAST COAST. This luxurious penthouse condo with cathedral ceilings overlooks the 8th hole of the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort and has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 364 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 3, sixth floor (6th floor - unit 364). We also manage units 361, 363, 365 (6th floor - next door) for groups looking to be together in the same building.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury penthouse condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes ocean view from the front of our condo. Our 6th floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1910 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space and out door balcony. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers. Local Phone Service.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area features seating for 6 and is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the color flatscreen TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table with seating for 6 as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
The three bedrooms include a master with a king bed, tv set, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed, and one with 2 twins. The living room has a queen sofa bed that sleeps 2.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, ac, heat. flat color TVs, DVD player, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker/ blender/ washer & dryer/ linens / towels. Beach towels are not provided. No Local Phone.

The only complaint is the no cooler rule at the pool, as well as no splashing in the pool. I understanding no diving, running, or even jumping, but no splashing? If the property owners don't want kids, then advertise the property that way. My complaint may also stem from the "pool police", as we came to call him. I don't know his name, but it seemed he felt compelled to correct someone's behavior each time he walked through the pool area. Otherwise, great vacation.

Overall, very enjoyable vacation. The only thing I would like to see changed is the policy of no coolers at the pool. I did notice the policy was not really enforced, but it would have made me upset if it had been. I believe with dehydration issues it's not a reasonable policy. I could see no glass containers. Also, it would be nice to be able to buy a week pass at a reasonable rate for the toll bridge, but I assume that is a state issue. Not having the ability to grill was a huge negative. I knew you couldnt grill on the patios but I asumed there would be grill on property to use. Also, being responsible for stripping the beds and doing all but two loads of laundry was a huge negative.
