Description
Our luxurious Penthouse ocean front condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. This top floor, corner unit has sweeping views of the ocean and the beautiful Cinnamon Beach. Enjoy the sea breeze on our large balcony (300 square feet) and sip a drink as you relax to the sounds of the waves and seagulls.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 565 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 5, sixth floor (top floor penthouse unit - end unit). We also manage Units 563 & 564 (right next door - perfect for two families traveling together). The owner of this condo has one of the best units in the entire condo and has spared no expense in lavishing his condo with upgrades and deluxe furniture and a new 42 inch HDTV.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury penthouse condo that sleeps 12. Our top level, 6th floor penthouse condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features over 2000 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware and tableware is included.

Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the 42" HDTV, a DVD player and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony dining table.

For your entertainment pleasure, this specific condo includes cable with 250 channels. It includes free Showtime. Plus, high speed wireless cable internet. And, the phone in the condo allows FREE unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. Wow!

The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and cute little breakfast table area for informal dining.

The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/DVD player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/DVD player, and one perfect for kids with 2 extra long twins and 2 double beds and a tv set/DVD player. We also have a queen sleeper sofa.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.

Our condo is a short walk from 2 Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse offers a secluded environment and large pool overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", TV lounge, and game room.

Note: Owner is allergic to cats. Cats prohibited. Well behaved Dogs will be considered conditionally. Please inquire.

Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, brand new color TVs, DVD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.

November trip review

We had a wonderful time spending the weekend at Palm Coast for a girls trip this past weekend. Penthouse was excellent- could use new shower heads in Master and Queen bedroom bathrooms. Don't use Always on time travel if you need a taxi sevice, Elena will take your money! Use Checker and ask for JD. Pool was great along with jacuzzi. Balcony was so very relaxing for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We'll come back next year for sure. Thank you so much.

Great place for a Getwaway

Brief but bountiful!

Our stay was only a three day stay, but it was restful and relaxing to say the very least. Our condo was very comfortable and the view breath-taking... our kids loved the pool and splash pad, and of course the beach! ...which was a bit rockier than expected, but this did not keep us down for more than a minute! We will definitely make the trip from Ontario, Canada to stay again.

A Truly Relaxing Vacation

This vacation was planned to be a quiet, relaxing one -- and Cinnamon Beach Condominiums met that goal. Quiet, private, no crowds, etc. The unit was beautiful -- plenty of room, oceanfront views beautiful. We spent two weeks with no specific schedule -- late breakfasts, swimming both ocean and pools with only day trips to St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral. Easy access to Daytona Beach Airport for picking up our daughter. No where was it mentioned that Cinnamon Beach has a coral reef -- children were fascinated with the sealife that could be found when the tide was out. And lastly, thanks for ability to take a small pet to make grandma happy! We thoroughly enjoyed and thanks for ability to enjoy you great beach home!

We stayed at the property from 5/20/09 through 5/23/09. The unit itself is extremely nice, well-equipped, and with a beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, we encountered bad weather throughout our stay, and all of the amenities (including the game rooms) were closed most of the time. This was frustrating. We also had continual problems with the refrigerator and air conditioning, and had to have an electrician come out. Many of the outlets in the kitchen still weren't working afterward, and we had no hot water for a full day. The management company did reimburse us $110 since our food went bad in the refrigerator, but this did little to ease our disappointment, overall. We aren't sure if we'd return.
