Sleeping 8 people in 3 bedrooms, this is a lovely choice of rental for groups of all makeup, even your pets. (One guest writes that her family loved this condo so much, “even my teenage daughters enjoyed it.”)

The roomy living area is carpeted - great for lying on the floor on hot nights under the gently whirring ceiling fan. You might also like to curl into the sand-colored micro fiber couch or matching armchair and watch a movie. Side and coffee tables provide lots of room to place snacks or a drink while you hang out.

The room’s accents provide older world warmth, with antiqued lamps, framed tropical paintings and decadent throw cushions. Your long balcony provides an inviting view of the ocean, with perfect sunrises on display daily. Be sure to bring binoculars and keep your camera ready - dolphins are often visible playing in the surf. A classic white wooden railing maintains your view while seated around your dining table, yet keeps your children and pets safe.

The wooden boardwalk to the beach is just below your patio, with access downstairs at your building’s entrance. Should some members of your group race downstairs to make sand castles each morning, others can stay back and enjoy coffee while watching the action and taking great photos.

Seating in the open plan dining area lends a nautical feel, thanks to the wooden chairs ringing a circular glass table. Matching bar stools wait at the breakfast bar and make this a lovely unit in which to entertain. A round mirror in a chunky wicker frame reflects light around the room.

Within your spacious kitchen, find everything you need to happily prepare great food. A full oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer are placed in a well-considered layout, with lots of granite-topped counter space in between. All cookware is provided - your family need only bring their ‘vacation greed’.

Your master suite is a rich and dramatic room. An impressive king bed has a large, carved wooden headboard with rich linens. Accent cushions in black and silky orange lead the eye to this comfortable, pillow-topped bed. A very comfortable en suite bathroom has both a Jacuzzi-style bathtub and separate shower. From bed, you can watch TV or a DVD, or go to sleep early and get up in time to see the morning sunrise from your balcony.

Sharing a full bathroom with cheerful palm tree shower curtain, bedrooms two and three provide a similarly five-star experience. A queen bed has an artful wooden headboard and lots of storage, while twin beds in bedroom three are decked in good old red, white and blue.

In-suite laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board, are included for your convenience, as is high-speed Internet. Plenty of owner-provided extras sweeten the deal, including extra towels, a local info book and even children’s beach toys - who will build the biggest sand castle?
