Alarm System Very Unacceptable,

The experience was good with the exception of the security. Check in day when entered the house the alarm went off. It couldn't be turned off but through the owner. There was no control of security but through the owner. Your guests needs to have an option to use the alarm for their security as well. The owner needs to have a backup system for alarm other than just through himself. The owner locked us out before checkout. The owner needs to pay attention to the date of arrival and departure of guest. This experience was very, very unpleasant. The lock out time was very furustrating trying to find the rental people, trying to find the owner to get back into the house. If the owner could not have been found we could have been locked out with all my belongings and my guest belongings inside. The system that the owner has got in place now is very unacceptable. An elevator would be the ideal thing for this property three levels was a bet much. Lord! forbid if there was a security failure or a power outage!!! NOT GOOD!!!

One problem, when the TV went out I left two messages with maintenance and never received a return call....and TV remained messed up. This bothered the male members of the family. Otherwise this is a great house and we enjoyed the stay.
