Throw open the connecting glass doors between the lanai and the living room and make it one big space to enjoy!

Our lanai offers casual seating around a table just perfect for al fresco dining, long after-dinner chats, and even a quick glance at the laptop. You have free wireless Internet at Captains' Quarters 307, so you can always check on the opening times of your next sightseeing attraction or load the latest vacation pics onto Facebook. Or, if you're planning an "unplugged" vacation, bring along the binoculars and the Peterson's Guides -- you can see fabulous Florida shore birds from the lanai!

For serious relaxation, step into the living room and sink right down onto one of our new couches. They have been known to induce naps at any time of day -- and the larger one unfolds into a bed for 2 people. We've even got an overstuffed reading chair in one corner of the living room, just in case you've brought your stash of beach novels!

Our living room is large and airy, with tile floors and a ceiling fan. An HDTV and DVD player keep the troops entertained, and just past the couches is another dining table with 4 comfortably padded chairs. Well, we call it a "dining" table, but in reality most meals wind up being enjoyed on the lanai, so this table is a great place to set the kids up with their toys and games, or clear the decks for a Hearts tournament. Thanks to the open design of Captains' Quarters 307, your group can divide between the TV area and the table, keeping everyone together while some watch the big game and others vie not to become the Old Maid.

The breakfast bar just past the dining room table is a great place to lay out drinks and snacks buffet-style, or to enlist sous-chefs to help you whip together dinner. You'll enjoy our kitchen, which includes all the helpful time-savers (ice and water in the fridge door; microwave; dishwasher; coffeemaker) and contains the full complement of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just add groceries and you're good to go! Our washer and dryer are stacked in the corner of the kitchen for your convenience, ready for that emergency load of beach towels!

In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, you'll find all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets you need for every bed and bath at Captains' Quarters 307. You don't have to worry about packing extras -- and for that matter, with our washer and dryer on hand, you can pack light in general! Good; you'll want the extra room in your suitcases for all those shells and sharks' teeth you're going to find!

The master bedroom at Captains' Quarters 307 is a rare treat, with an ultra-comfortable king-sized bed, an HDTV, soft carpeting, en-suite bathroom, and access to the lanai. The views here are magnificent, yet you can also make this suite quite private. The master bath has been recently renovated to include a granite vanity top and tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, lanai access, and lovely views as well. This cheerful room has plenty of floor space for the kids to spread out their toys on soft new carpeting. It's convenient to the second bathroom, which contains both a shower and tub option.
