Sweeping oceanfront views and utter privacy are yours in our Crescent Cottage, nestled high on the dunes at the tip of the 35 foot dune. Enjoy unspoiled beaches and fabulous sunrises from our outdoor patio deck and huge screened porch!

Despite the 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, Crescent Cottage has a cozy bungalow feel, no doubt because of the painted wood frames outlining our floor-to-ceiling windows, the abundance of quilts and other handcrafted art, and the warm décor. Or perhaps it's the fun-and-funky mix of Vermont cabin furnishings with nautical yard art! (Be sure to pose the whole family in front of the cannon, rescued from nearby Matanzas River!)

The living room is the heart of our house, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Stretch out the couch or grab a rocking chair--this inviting area is ideal for family game night, long chats with old friends, and serene ocean-gazing. (Watch for the occasional school of dolphins just beyond the surf!)

And if you want to get a little closer to the natural paradise that is Crescent Beach, our big screened-in porch provides protection from the elements while letting in the sunshine and fresh sea breezes. With plenty of seating and enviable views, it's certain to be your go-to refuge whenever you can't be at the beach.

The 4 bedrooms are ideal either for a family with children or for a large group. Comfortably sleeping 8, each is distinctively decorated, and all are snug and restful. One room offers a queen bed, while the other 3 contain doubles. With plenty of windows and extra quilts piled high, you will be pampered whether you want to close the blinds and slumber or gaze out at the starry night sky!

Flooded with sunlight, the kitchen is convenient and fully equipped with all the dishes, cookware, and gadgets you could ask for. A cheerful dining area is just a few steps away, simplifying mealtimes. Our fridge and cupboards have all the space you'll need to keep the gang stocked in refreshments, and our spacious countertops make preparing a seafood feast or other gourmet treat so easy!

But the best part of our oceanfront cottage is its surroundings. Conveniently located just ¼ mile south of the 206 Bridge, it is surrounded by vegetation that provides a natural privacy barrier, creating the illusion that you are alone on your private beach! A winding path leads over the dunes and down to the sugary sands. Along the way you just may glimpse a rabbit or gopher turtle! And if there is a birdwatcher in your group, polish the binoculars, grab the camera, and get ready -- you will see countless beautiful seabirds during your stay at Crescent Cottage!

Your time on this beach will be unforgettable. Stroll along the soft sands, collecting shells or simply letting the waves tickle your toes. Ride a bike along the water's edge, swim, surf, or fish without fighting the crowds -- this is your stretch of ocean, unrolling for you all day long! And when you return to Crescent Cottage, wash the sand away in our outdoor shower.

Should you care to venture beyond your private paradise, a wealth of attractions wait nearby. You can rent kayaks, fishing gear, and even boats to explore the inlets of Crescent Beach, or hike through state parks. Historic St. Augustine lies at your feet, and Disney World is just 90 minutes away! Yet when you come home to Crescent Cottage, you feel miles from the hustle and bustle of civilization.

Crescent Cottage is next door to Crescent View Beach House (which easily sleeps 12) and just two houses from Atlantic Look-out House (which sleeps 8).
