Picture yourself beachfront, with a long, wide balcony plus a whimsical crow's nest from which you have a 360-degree view of sea, land, and sky! In the upstairs flat of our house at Golden Sands, you will live in luxury just yards from St. Augustine Beach!

After taking a quick dip in the pool just to make sure it feels as refreshing as it looks (oh, is it ever!), head up to the long, wide balcony just off the living room. From here you have a panoramic view of the sand, sea, and sky, as well as a place for sunbathing, casual dining (help yourself to our grill!), and those long, wonderful conversations that seem to happen only on vacation. If you're an early riser, catch the dawn on this balcony -- and no matter what time you venture out, scan the surf for dolphin fins and the sky for pelicans!

Step indoors from the balcony and you find yourself in our enormous living room, filled with sunshine. Perhaps you'd like to watch a movie on the 55-inch HDTV, or indulge in a spirited game of charades? The recliner has been known to host a long afternoon nap or two, and the couches are so comfortable you may find yourself making excuses to get back to them. (One opens up into a queen-sized bed, by the way.)

Or, if you want a little privacy in the midst of your group of friends or family, retire to the reading alcove off the living room. This sunny spot, furnished in light wicker, is perfect for intimate chats too. It just may become your favorite spot at Golden Sands!

Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, with a long table set with cushioned chairs for a lengthy feast. You have a view of the ocean here too, and you're quite handy to the huge kitchen, with its gleaming appliances, handsome cabinetry, and fully stocked cupboards. Everything you could ask for in the way of cookware, utensils, and dishes is waiting for you here; just pick up some groceries and you're all set!

At one end of the kitchen is a charming little breakfast nook, the perfect place to set up your laptop (you have free WiFi at Golden Sands) or serve the kids their snack before naptime. It's these little touches that make our house unique!

The living and dining areas at Golden Sands are open, spacious, and inviting, encouraging the group to stay together and have fun. The 3 bedrooms, on the other hand, are so luxurious and restful that you may have trouble getting up in the morning! (So flip over and sleep for another hour. It's vacation!)

The master suite is a delightful indulgence, containing a king-sized bed. The décor is soft pastels, and the master bath is so luxurious, with a Jacuzzi-jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and marble floors.

The second and third bedrooms both contain TVs. One room has a queen bed, the other a double, and they share a full bath with both a shower and tub option. We provide all the linens and towels needed for every bed and bath at Golden Sands (even the sofa sleeper!), so pack light and settle right in. You're welcome to our washer and dryer too. All the comforts of home, but in a magnificent beachfront location!

Between watching the sunset from the crow's nest, relaxing in the swimming pool, and relieving those sore muscles in the heated spa first thing in the morning, you'll love the outdoor spaces at Golden Sands as much as the indoor. Our grassy yard is great for the kids, and the laid-back feel of our quiet street is just the tonic you need for a truly peaceful vacation. Strolling to the beach takes just seconds, and you'll fall in love with the wide, white sands and unspoiled beauty of our little piece of the coast. Come stay here very soon!
