Facing the shores of Crescent Beach with its back to the Intracoastal Waterway, Amazing Grace is a huge, luxuriously appointed Mediterranean-style house. Watch the sun rise from the front deck and set from the back deck at our magnificent oceanfront house! And, the house has an elevator and high-speed wifi inside. And as of January 1, 2012, Amazing Grace has a new private heated pool!

Set back from a beautifully landscaped, sloping garden and with a new private pool, Amazing Grace greets you with a formal entry set in tile with a decorative mosaic. You have your choice of stairs or an elevator to transport you to the second floor, where a huge living and family room area awaits, replete with ocean views and ultra-comfortable couches and chairs. Build a fire in the coral fireplace or just enjoy the game on our LCD TV between glimpses of the blue Atlantic out the windows!

Or, if you're eager to get the gang moving, propose a game of billiards! We have a lovely game room, also surrounded by ocean views, with a slightly smaller pool table just waiting for some action. The table swivels to reveal an air hockey table on the other side. There is also a full sized ping pong table in the garage!

Our kitchen and dining areas may just inspire you to prepare a feast . . . but even if nothing more time-consuming than takeout is on the menu, you'll enjoy serving it from our gracious wood-and-tile kitchen. It's got full-sized appliances, a walk-in pantry, and all the time-saving gadgets you could desire, plus a full complement of cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Dine in the sun-washed room with tile floors and a formal table for 8. Spacious and restful, this is a room to linger in long after the food is gone and the wine poured. Let the outside light illuminate the room as long as possible, then turn on the soft modern chandelier and enjoy a long discussion or break out the board games.

The master bedroom is upstairs, an enormous room with a ultra-comfortable king-sized bed, HD TV, and a pair of easy chairs facing the beautiful picture windows. The views are amazing at any time of day, and one morning you may just have to watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed!

An en-suite master bathroom adjoins the bedroom, with a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. The windows are opaque for privacy, but light still shines through, bathing the area in a golden haze. What a relaxing way to wake up or wind down!

There are 3 more bedrooms on the first floor, plus another bathroom and two sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 4 extra guests in addition to the 8 for whom there are beds. The first bedroom contains a king bed and HDTV, plus plenty of bureau and closet space. The 2nd bedroom also boasts a king bed (who wants to share anything less?!), while the 3rd contains two twins with nice large windows and lots of floor space. A 2nd full bathroom is convenient to the bedrooms on this floor, and a washer and dryer are tucked away for loads of towels and swimsuits!

But the inside of Amazing Grace is just the beginning of its charms. A large front deck looks directly out at the beach, while a back deck offers great views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Our two-car garage keeps your vehicles out of the punishing sun, and our private railed walkway leads you over the dunes and onto the beach. There is even an outside shower.

And there more fun begins! Crescent Beach is a lovely stretch of coastline, with many treasures for beachcombers, soft sands for digging and playing, and rolling waves. Try a bit of fishing in the surf, boogie-board the waves, watch the sunrise, and sunbathe on the sand. Just a few minutes in the opposite direction is the Intracoastal Waterway, with a maze of inlets and fantastic hiking and nature trails. Perfect for watercrafts.

The Crescent Beach neighborhood is a beloved part of Florida, with many locals. With old St. Augustine just up the coast, there is always plenty to see and do. So come stay at Amazing Grace soon, for a gala family event or a private getaway.
