Quiet, relaxing and beautiful. You’ll readily agree with the descriptions of previous guests, as you fall in love with Ocean Village’s gorgeous condo P32 on your own terms.
A comfortable, spacious condo with a new LCD TV sleeping four adults, you can soak up sunshine and devour ocean views from your balcony and divine master suite. Your large kitchen provides all cookware and utensils, with every appliance and a trusty coffee maker provided too (because only some routines are worth breaking). The four of you can dine happily at the adjacent dining table, set in the middle of the open plan living area. Tall mirrors further enlarge your space. However, you might find your balcony calling at all hours of the day - even for the sybaritic sunrise experience.
A comfortable living area, ready for all types with both ceiling fan and air conditioning, has large cushioned sofas, cream area rug and great entertainment options in the LCD-TV and DVD player.
Your master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and lots of storage, while the two others in your group will recover comfortably from seaside exploits in matching twin beds. With two full bathrooms in the suite, everyone in your party has all the space they need.
Part of Ocean Village Resort, you’ll enjoy fantastic facilities throughout your stay. This unit puts you closest to the dazzling blue freeform pool and Jacuzzi. You’ll love the convenience this affords, as you can pop back to your suite for a quick drink or to grab a new book. Enjoy the use of nearby tennis courts or stroll leisurely down manicured walkways to the resort’s private beach. On the way, stop at the second pool and choose which is your favorite. Note: this building does not have an elevator. The pool near the clubhouse is heated.
When you return to your suite after a taxing day at the pool or energetic day of beach-combing (or snorkeling, surfing and ocean kayaking), you’ll have every comfort of home to enjoy - with an ocean view ready to rearrange all your priorities.

Pluses: Very clean, comfortable, plenty of room, well equipped; felt like home away from home. Quiet and relaxing place to stay. Minuses: Condo could use updated appliances and the vertical blinds need replacing. View of ocean is a little distant and at an angle but is visible and audible, unit balcony faces another unit. Unit is on third floor, stairs required.

We really enjoyed our winter vacation in St Augustine's. The Condo was clean,very spacious,recently updated and had a great floor plan. It really met our needs.The Complex itself was maintained very well. We had met the owner on our day of arrival.He and his wife were staying in the adjacent building. They both were very helpful and very attentive to our needs.They also met our requests in a very timely manner.We definitely would recommend the Condo/St Augustine's to our family and friends. vacationing at Ocean Village

We couldn't walk on the sidewalks until the 5th or 6th day we were there because of the "poor draining" of the rain water. So we had to walk through the mud and muck to get to the beach. It was gross. But we enjoyed our condo and our vacation. Thanks! Rental comments

On seight property management -rude and unco-operative. We feel that although we paid for a full month, we were only allowed to stay 28 days. There should be a rebate for the 3 days the unit was not available. While speaking to other renters from other units they had not heard about "special event days". We are considering renting a property in that facility next year (Jan. 01-31/2010) Some minor repairs are required--new toaster, bed skirts require some stitching.
