You can watch a tennis match from our lovely third-storey balcony, which has views in two directions. This is a great place to sit and watch the last light leave the sky, feeling that bracing sea breeze and hearing a distant murmur of surf. There's room out here for the whole family to sit and enjoy drinks, and the balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. How nice to have your own slice of the sky!

You'll love the spaciousness and down-home charm of Ocean Village Club E32. The living room is large and airy, containing both a couch and a loveseat, a big TV with VCR and DVD player, and plenty of sunshine from two walls of windows. Make yourself at home and settle into a good movie or game!

The dining area is just beyond the living room, though you may find yourself carrying plates out onto the balcony more often than not. Our handsome glass-topped table seats 4 easily beneath a cheerful Tiffany-style lamp. This area may become your command post, the place where you set up the laptop to check the opening times of amusement parks (There is also free wireless Internet service at the Club House), spread out maps, upload vacation photos to your Facebook page, and play games with the kids.

You will love our spotlessly clean, fully appointed kitchen. Whether you're planning to cook during this vacation or mostly eat out and make only snacks and drinks at home, you will appreciate the full-size fridge and freezer, well-stocked cabinets with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and time-saving gadgets from the microwave to the coffee maker. There's even a stacked washer and dryer tucked into a nook off the kitchen, so you can toss in a quick load on your way to the beach.

The sleeping area is just as nicely furnished and pleasant as the living space. Our master bedroom will lull you to sleep (and make it oh-so-easy to sleep late!) with a queen-size bed, great views, access to the balcony, and an en-suite master bathroom. In the bathroom, there are both a bathtub and a shower, and the powder room area is a bit separate. Very nice!

The second bedroom is a snug, cozy place in which to get a great night's sleep. Two twin beds and a plush reading chair settle everyone down nicely, and the second bathroom (with both a shower and a tub) is convenient to this bedroom. All of the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for you at Ocean Village Club E32, so all you bring are yourselves, tired out from all the fun!

The Ocean Village Club complex is a great place to start all that fun. In addition to being next door to the tennis courts, at E32 you are very close to our heated pool and clubhouse, which contains a full fitness center, lending library, and guest computer. The grounds are great for walking, and also contain another pool, this one with a view of the ocean, shuffleboard courts, picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Plan to explore all that this fine gated community has to offer!

The best perk is, of course, location. And you're just a hop, skip, and jump away from St. Augustine Beach, using the complex's private beach walkover, which carries you over the beautiful sand dunes and right onto the sand! This is a wide, family-friendly beach, with plenty of room for kite-flying and bocce ball-playing on the sand, beachcoming along the shore, and surfing, splashing, and even fishing in the waves. It is also your ringside seat to a spectacular sunrise every morning. And should you ever seek calmer waters, the Intracoastal Waterway is just minutes away!
