Our patio has one of the best views of the entire condominium community, with palm trees, a grassy lawn, the walkway to the beach, and rich semi-tropical undergrowth all right before your eyes. Keep your binoculars handy -- this is a great spot to see all our local birds. And with the murmur of the ocean and the smell of the salt spray, you'll feel as though you're sitting right on the beach every time you step outside your door!

You'll love the convenience of life on the ground floor. No lugging things up and down stairs, ever! You just throw open the big sliding glass doors and you're home -- in our light, airy, immaculately clean condo, with everything you need to make the most of your vacation time and dollar. And, there is free wifi Internet in the Club House.

Our open-plan living area makes the most of the space, with room for the whole family. The living room offers a couch and matching loveseat, both facing the sliding glass doors for spectacular sunrise and sunset views, as well as our large LCD TV for great entertainment.

Just beyond the living area is our glass-topped dining table, which seats 6 and also doubles a great game-playing space or desk for your computer. The kitchen counter is within reach, making it easy to serve meals and snacks without running around. Our kitchen is fully appointed with all the labor-saving appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare anything from a 5-course feast to frosty blender drinks. Adjoining the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer, so you can take care of all your household chores in one place.

The two bedrooms at Ocean Village Club Q19 ensure that everyone gets a good night's sleep before another fun day. Our master bedroom offers an ultra-comfortable queen bed and a large TV. The master bath is en suite, with both a shower and tub.

The second bedroom contains a charmingly decorated set of twin beds and a small TV so nobody misses their favorite shows. The second bathroom also offers both a shower and tub, complete with a hand-held nozzle for massaging those sore shoulder muscles.

As cozy and relaxed as Ocean Village Club Q19 is, you'll want to get outdoors and explore the rest of this fun, family-oriented condominium complex. You're very close to our ocean-view swimming pool, which includes a plenty of poolside lounging space. There is also another pool in the complex, heated during the winter so you can take a dip no matter what the weather's doing!

Our complex also includes new tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, barbecue grills and picnic tables for an impromptu gathering with friends or family. The Clubhouse features a fully appointed fitness center, lending library, and guest computer (check in with friends back home!).

But the walkway to the beach is probably the first place you'll want to go. It carries you safely over the dunes and deposits you right on the clean white sands of our wide, beautiful beach. There's space here for games of bocce ball; a long coastline for beachcombing and sunset strolls; rolling waves for surfing, boogie boarding, and splashing around; and plenty of damp sand for digging castles and discovering shells and sharks' teeth.
