Our 2nd-storey balcony is the first place you'll want to explore. With lovely views of the huge oceanfront swimming pool as well as of the Atlantic itself, it's a great place to while away a dreamy hour. The murmur of the waves and the tang of the sea air are strong here, reminding you that you're just a few yards from the sugary white sands of St. Augustine Beach. It's a great place to slip out early the morning to catch the last rays of the sunrise, and it's equally appealing for counting the stars at midnight.

When it's time to go indoors, settle into our spacious living room, where gleaming parquet floors, comfy couches and chairs, and a large TV await you. You can see the ocean from in here too, and it's wonderful to glance over and remind yourself: yes, it's really true, you're in St. Augustine having the time of your life!

The kitchen and dining area are just past the living room, and your whole group will love our big table with cushy padded seats and nice lighting. Many a game of Parcheesi has been won at this table! It's a good place for jigsaw puzzles, too -- so take your meals out to the patio and devote the dining room to family fun!

Our table seats 6, and there's room for a couple more at the breakfast bar below the kitchen hatch. You'll love our kitchen: spotlessly clean, fitted with new wooden cabinetry, and boasting all the cooking and serving equipment you could ask for. (No running to the store to pick up plastic forks or a set of dishcloths!) Even if you've already made your reservations at Columbia Restaurant and don't intend to look at a skillet this vacation, you'll appreciate the coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher, and full-sized appliances.

One of the most important considerations of any vacation is getting a great night's sleep, and you're going to rest easy at Pier Point South 15. Both of our bedrooms are spacious, well-appointed, and ultra-comfortable. All of the linens, pillows, and blankets you need are waiting for you here, as well as towel sets for both bathrooms. And feel free to use our washer and dryer to keep everything fresh and clean.

The master bedroom is a huge room with a queen-sized bed, handsome rattan accents, an ocean view, and a TV. There's a desk here in case you want to bring your laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Pier Point South 15), and plenty of room to stretch out. The master bathroom offers both a shower and tub option, and keeps your suite private.

The second bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds with a TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and plenty of storage space. And should you need to sleep another person or two, we have an air mattress you're welcome to use.

At Pier Point, you're near so many fun things to do, from strolling on the 250-foot public pier to listening to music at the Pavilion to playing beach volleyball or shuffleboard just steps from the complex. You have access to the huge private swimming pool as well as to a bubbly Jacuzzi, and a private walkway leads you down to the beach. You're convenient to all the attractions of historic downtown St. Augustine here, from the Castillo de San Marcos to all the fine restaurants and great shopping.
