Located on a quiet residential street in St. Augustine, Sea Trout offers a fenced yard, spacious screened porch overlooking the canal, off-street parking, and spectacular sunsets every night. Water is everywhere here on our narrow strip of land between the Intracoastal and the Atlantic. If you're a boatsman, fisherman, kayaker, or simply a nature lover, you're going to be in heaven at Sea Trout!

Pull right up and get settled in this house. You might want to check out the screened porch first, with its casual seating and great views. Who needs to go into the city to a fancy restaurant when we've got a grill and you're about to catch dinner?! You'll find a table out on our porch too, just in case you want to dine under the stars. It's pretty amazing to watch the sun sink down over the canal and hear the night creatures start up!

There's plenty of space to relax indoors, too. Our living room has a brand-new sectional sofa that seats the whole gang, and we've got cable TV, a VCR, and a DVD player for your entertainment. After a long day on the Intracoastal or the ocean, it's a pleasure to come home to this air-conditioned, spotlessly maintained house and put your feet up!

You'll need something to wet your whistle while you're watching the big game or your favorite show on TV, so check out the kitchen at Sea Trout. We have loaded it up with all the cookware, dishes, flatware, and other utensils you could ask for, along with gadgets galore. From the microwave to the coffeemaker, this kitchen is efficient, getting you out the door and back onto the water in no time! Just make a grocery run on your way in, and you'll be fixed up for the duration.

Just past the kitchen are the washer and dryer, which you are free to use while you're staying at Sea Trout. We've tried to think of everything you might want, from complimentary wireless Internet to all the linens, towel sets, blankets, and pillows you need for all the beds and baths in the house. The idea is that you toss a few changes of clothes in the suitcase, hitch up the boat, and come on out for a totally stress-free, low-key vacation in beautiful northeast Florida!

There are 3 bedrooms at Sea Trout, so everyone can stretch out and get comfortable. The master bedroom contains a truly heavenly king-sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. If you're looking to pamper yourself with some late mornings, this is the place to be!

The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom sleeps 2 as well. The second full bathroom is convenient to both of these rooms. Sea Trout is surprisingly roomy!

We think you'll love how comfortable and down-home pleasant the house is, but what you'll like most of all is its location. You just can't beat it -- you're steps away from the dock on a nice little canal feeding right in to the Intracoastal. Or, in the other direction, Treasure Beach is just a few minutes' walk away, via a private path for residents and guests only. So whether you want calm waters or the roaring surf, they're at your fingertips!

With its big yard and quiet setting, Sea Trout can seem very secluded, but it's just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, with fine dining, shopping, and sightseeing galore. World-class golf courses surround you here, along with spas ready to pamper you all day long!
