With just sixty units on premises, you’re assured of a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Everything is within a very easy walking distance and parking will never be a problem. Come and go with ease, this third floor unit has convenient elevator access.
Among the condo’s many tempting features, its sunny balcony will beckon throughout the day. Maximise your ocean views by spending time out here, around a bistro-style table. Morning coffee as you plan your day? The balcony overlooks the bright blue pool and the beach and ocean beyond. Green grass on all sides provides great, vibrant color.
A very bright living room is a lovely place to unwind after a swim, beach-combing or a sunny tennis match. Mirrors amplify your sense of space.
Sink into the deep, cushioned couch and put your feet up. Above, a quietly whirring ceiling fan does all the work. Two La-Z-Boy-style armchairs are also provided, so everyone can enjoy a movie together. A perfect way to finish a perfect day!
An open-plan kitchen spills to a modern breakfast bar and adjacent dining table. This is a great home in which to cook regularly and entertain often.
In the master bedroom, a king bed is surrounded with lovely and helpful furniture. Side tables, a large chest of drawers and corner reading area add great flexibility to this private suite. A full wall of windows usher in the reason you’re here - nonstop sunshine! In the second bedroom are two twin beds, which also has its own full bathroom. Any further guests will sleep comfortably on the living room’s sleeper sofa.
A kidney-shaped pool has plenty of seating surrounding it. A few palm trees flank its sides, with the ocean just beyond. The breezes while seated poolside are lovely. Located on a wide stretch between white beach and the gentle Intracoastal, this is a perfect spot to undertake any number of water-sports or past-times. Also available are clubhouse facilities, a boat ramp, tennis, a fishing dock and on-premises laundry.

I've stayed in every kind of place in St Augustine Fl... From small hotels to very nice Villa's and other condos, This place was comfortable,It had a great view off the balcony of the pool and the ocean. At high tide I could hear the waves breaking at the beach. We always plan our trips around a full moon so you can walk the beach and see the beam of lite on the water, And it makes the ghost tour we go on more exciting also. We only had a few small problems while there, the internet Wi-Fi didn't work at all even tho they advertise it as having it, we had planned on useing it to search places to eat,tours,tide charts and places to sing karaoke but it didn't happen. maintenance came to fix it but after he talked to at least 5 or 6 people on the phone about it we knew then that it had never had working wi-fi before. So we gave up on that... I don't like being charged for something that isn't there, And there was no parking permit anywhere so the first 4 days we wondered if we were going to get towed or not. And yes We called Vacation Pro first thing but never got a permit so we gave up on that. Other than that we had a great stay. And would go back tomorrow if we could.

Amazing vacation

After spending the last couple of vacations at all-inclusives I was a little apprehensive about whether or not our vacation in St. Augustine would measure up. I was very pleasantly surprised and think we have found a vacation destination we will be using in the future. First of all, we were originally supposed to go to Pensacola, but changed our plans a week before because of the gulf oil spill. I had never heard of vacation rental pros before and wasn't sure whether I could trust them, but they were great from the beginning to the end. They answered all of my questions not only about the condo, but about St. Augustine beach itself and gave me tips that helped me on my vacation (such as purchasing a rental car). When we arrived our condo was very clean, spacious, and well kept. I was amazed at the amount of space/views we got for the price. I kept expecting some kind of "catch", but there wasn't one. The pictures online represented the condo and the view exactly. We didn't have our parking passes the first night, but Linda kept in touch well and brought them to us the next morning. The views from the condo were beautiful, water was on both sides of the condo and the balcony faced the ocean and the very clean and well kept pool. You could hear the ocean loud and clear from the balcony. There was a community grill that we were able to use. The complex seemed to be a mixture of residents and vacationers, all were very pleasant. The beach was steps away and was also incredibly clean. The beach and the pool were never packed. My husband and I a vacation that we will remember for a long time and would love to stay in the condo again if we head back to St. Augustine in the future. The one suggestion for improvement I would make is that being very unfamiliar with the area, we did have a somewhat difficult time finding the condo because it is more on Crescent Beach than St. Augustine beach. I just want to say this is a great condo to rent. Place is SUPER clean, and great location. My family had a great time at the condo. My son is already asking when is the next time we are coming back. I definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
