Our ground-floor condo has a direct ocean view from the patio, and is just yards from beautiful Crescent Beach, the prettiest of the local beaches. You're just a few miles south of St. Augustine here, with the historic downtown just minutes away by car. And Summerhouse is the last condo complex before Matanzas Inlet, so there are neighbors only on one side, and beautiful unspoiled Florida on the other!

Summerhouse 416 has just been updated with new tile floors (they feel great!) and furnishings, and we think you'll love the results. The living room has rattan furniture in a floral print that is so soft and pillowy, you'll sink right in and not want to move again for hours! And why should you, with our entertainment center ready to beguile you with TV (with cable) and a DVD player? Pop in your favorite movie and settle in!

Just beyond the living room is our dining area, a spacious and pleasant area with a table for 6 (in case you make new friends at Summerhouse -- always a strong possibility in this warm and friendly place!). It's a great place to regroup after a busy day outdoors. And the cushioned chairs may encourage you to linger long after the final bite, discussing your next sightseeing expedition or perhaps breaking out the Pictionary for an evening of old-fashioned family fun. And if you're combining work with pleasure this trip, set up your laptop on this table and spread out your papers. You have free wireless Internet at Summerhouse 416!

The kitchen is cozy and convenient, stocked with all the "necessaries" you need to fry up the catch of the day, prepare a blenderful of frosty beverages, or cook a great homemade meal. Don't worry about packing a can opener or picking up plastic plates: it's all here, waiting for you. Make a grocery run on your way to Summerhouse 416 and you're good to go!

We've tried to think of everything you need for your stay here. Our washer and dryer are at your disposal, and we'll have all the linens, pillows, blankets, and towel sets you need for both bedrooms and bathrooms waiting for you when you arrive. Staying at a fully furnished condo is a far cry from a hotel room -- you truly have all the comforts of home here, plus a fantastic location!

When it's time to retire for the night, rest assured that everyone will get a great night's sleep at Summerhouse 416. The master bedroom is luxurious, with a king-sized bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet and bureau space. It's so nice to fall asleep to the thought of another day in paradise beginning soon!

The second bedroom is ideal for children, or for another couple. It contains 2 twin beds, and is spacious and quiet. You'll feel right at home here in no time!

Besides having one of the nicest beaches on the east coast, Summerhouse has plenty of other amenities to keep everyone in the family entertained. Available anytime are our six recently resurfaced tennis courts; four racquetball courts; two basketball courts; two children's play areas; horseshoe pits; shuffleboard courts; and of course our four heated pools. Located inside our newly decorated clubhouse is a new fitness center, business center with wifi, and our meeting/function room which can be rented for parties or family gatherings.

Crescent Beach is just over the dunes from your front door, with excellent shelling, sugary sands, and spectacular sunrises. This is a great place to boogie board, surf, or simply sit with your toes in the water, feeling every ounce of stress leave your body! The wide sands are great for the kids, too -- there's space for everything from flying kites to playing bocce ball.
