Just steps from the beach, our single-level Surfer Girl house is newly furnished and decorated with an emphasis on contemporary accents and uncluttered spaces. From the big lanai to the brand-new HDTVs, it has everything you need for the perfect vacation!

There are no stairs to contend with in our sleek modern house, and every room is airy and open. Tiled and hardwood floors feel cool on hot "beach feet," and all of the furnishings are stylish and new. Located on a quiet residential street leading directly down to beautiful St. Augustine Beach, Surfer Girl is nicely landscaped, with a fence separating backyard from front, and plenty of off-street parking. This is a place where you can breathe deeply, spread out, and relax!

The first area you'll see is the living room, dominated by a big, ultra-comfy sectional sofa. Part of this sofa folds out into a bed for 2, but you may find yourself nodding off even before you convert it. Afternoon naps are pretty irresistible at Surfer Girl! But if you do stay awake, be sure to catch the big game or watch your favorite movies on the 42-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, Blu-ray DVD player, 5.1 Surround Sound, and AM/FM receivers.

While the living room is soothing, the adjacent dining area and kitchen are bright and flooded with sunlight, thanks to sliding-glass doors leading out to the lanai. This is a great place for the kids to set up their toys and games while the adults watch TV or prepare dinner. Our table for 6 makes a great game center, too, which is just fine since most meals wind up being taken outdoors to our covered lanai!

The newly remodeled kitchen at Surfer Girl is well-stocked and so pleasant to use. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets you could ask for here, plus sparkling new full-size appliances and cabinetry. Just pick up some groceries and you're good to make just about anything from a quick snack to Thanksgiving dinner! There's even a little desk area, in case you want to set up your laptop while you're here. You have free wireless Internet service at Surfer Girl, so why not?

As tempting as the kitchen is, you may want to make this a grilling-out vacation, just to take advantage of the balmy Florida sunshine. Please feel free to use our new grill on the lanai. In this covered space you get all the breezes and fresh air of the outdoors with none of the bugs or bother! There's casual seating here too, and it's a fabulous place to begin and end another glorious St. Augustine Beach day. You can hear the surf, smell the salt, and bask in the warmth of this semi-tropical climate.

When night has fallen, the last reminiscences have been shared, and the bottle of wine is empty, slip back indoors and get a great night's sleep in the 3 bedrooms at Surfer Girl. Like the rest of this house, each bedroom has been designed for spacious comfort, and you'll find every bed restful and soothing. We've provided all the linens, blankets, and pillows you could ask for, as well as all the towel sets for both bathrooms. You're welcome to use our washer and dryer to keep everything clean, too -- it really helps out when you find yourself heading back to the beach 3 times a day!

The master suite is large and well-appointed, with an ultra-comfortable queen-sized bed, easy chair, nightstands with reading lamps, and 32-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sloping ceiling and arched window add depth to this room, and the en-suite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower is so convenient.

The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and wall-mounted 32-inch TV, with hardwood floors and plenty of space. It shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, a kids' paradise of 2 bunkbed sets that sleep 4. We haven't forgotten the 32-inch flat-screen TV in here either!
