Which will you enjoy first? At Golden Beach Resort II, you have both a backyard pool and private beach access directly across the street. This much we know - with water all around you, your pets and children will be the cleanest they’ve ever been. (Yes, this house is pet-friendly!)
Boasting fresh decoration and an electric heated pool and a prime locale across from the beach, this is a rental house that really stands out. Four big bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests - whether they’re your vacationing family or friends attending a Florida beach wedding.
Of the four bedrooms, two are laid out as master suites. These each have private lounge areas with a wall-mounted TV. Just as nice are the king-sized beds - very welcoming after a full day of sun and fun. New furniture, a private balcony, and a master en suite bath is yours as well. A great choice for two families on vacation together.
Big, bright bedrooms three and four have lovely views. Two guests in the pleasing blue/white third bedroom have a queen bed. Whether children, teens or friends share the fourth bedroom’s two quilt-topped twin beds, they have views of the private pool and surrounding courtyard.
Three bathrooms provide lots of room for everyone - making it easy for a big group to get ready for a dinner out after a day of relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and loved the private beach the house does need some things like blinds replaced in master bedroom and the ac upstairs wasn't very cool but other than that we had a great stay

Other than the pool heater not working well (maybe due to the extremely cool temperatures at night), we had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect; short walk to the private beach; beautiful sunsets; we had an amazing time! thanks so much!

property condition

he property was clean. The cleaning serice might do a check list though because the coffee pot was dirty with grounds that we moldy. The windows at the property were duck taped together or falling out, so the wind whisled throught them at night. Some windows had towels stuck in them for what ever reason, I'm not sure. And I know that they were older ones but they could have been a litle cleaner. The general condition of the property was good but it does need some attention. The blinds on the windows, kitchen in particular, were falling off the frames and we could not close the one in the kitchen which made it impossibe for privcy in that room. We were totally exposed to the people in the pool courtyard area. Dennis was extreamly helpful with area information. After renting many homes on VRBO both here in the US and in Europe, this one by far did not come up to my expectations or the other women in our group. I would recommend it but with reservations. The property was a little aged inside and out. The living room was small for a 4 bedroom house. The courtyard/pool area was fantastic! An excellent value for the price!

Great location! The property manager was great! The house was worn but clean and perfect for a large family. We recommend renting all three units for privacy!

The Golden Beach House was exactly what we needed for our vacation/wedding. Our daughter was married on Casey Key and we had a total of 18 people that came to Florida for the occasion. We eventually had all three units rented. It worked perfectly. The location was great (as we also have relatives in the Sarasota/Venice area). The house had everything we needed..even had wine glasses and a wine opener, which made us very happy! And I cannot praise Dennis, the property manager enough. Our refrigerator wouldn't shut completely..we called, he was there and fixed it. I had contact with him a couple of times prior to our travel and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Very good person you have working for you. Working with you, Vacation Rental Pros, was also a very positive experience. Your helpfulness and guidance will always be appreciated. I do have to comment on a couple of issues. Unit 1 was rented for occupancy on Wed Mar 18th. That group arrived at 7:30 p.m. and the unit had not been cleaned. I'm not sure if they contacted Dennis or the cleaning people and they were out there immediately and cleaned it. Not a big issue, just a comment. Also, in Unit 2, I think it's a little difficult not to have more than 2 loads of laundry left when it sleeps 12 people. If everyone had early morning would be impossible. We did our best. But those are very small issues. It was a wonderful place and we would rent again anytime!! We loved Golden Beach Resort!! Thank you so much!! Watching the sunset

The place was very clean, the home is older so there are some things not in perfect shape, but overall great. There was a number to call for maintenance and we called after a few days because the pool was getting cloudy, I think from all the beach to pool. Maintenance came out within a 1/2 hour and took care of it. I enjoyed walking to the beach every night and watching the sunset. It is a must see. The only thing I could suggest is an outside shower to wash off from the beach. Other than that I would definately come back.
