The bright unit has new paintwork in a neutral palette, perfect for all tastes. It sleeps four guests, whether a family or two couples.

Access to a quiet and secluded pool is just outside your door. It’s heated, so it’s ready for your use any day of the year. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs are available - simply pick your favorite corner or follow the sun round all day. This large, beautiful pool and area is shared with just two other units. Though the temperature in Venice rarely falls below 65 degrees, electric heat is available should any of the winter months grow cooler. The rest of the year you can happily rely on the central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The adjacent beach, just across the street, is called ‘Golden Beach’ and rightly so. It’s beautiful and has soft, white sand. A perfect spot to enjoy the addictive Gulf sunsets - bring your camera!

High-speed wireless Internet access is available to help you keep in touch with those at home, no matter how long you stay. Laundry facilities add to the unit’s convenience.

Your master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a white wicker headboard for a touch of casual elegance. In the living room is a sleeper sofa for two more guests.

The living room has two couches (not a sleeper sofa) and makes a great hang-out spot, with cable TV provided as well.The full-sized bathroom has very handsome fittings with a touch of nautical interest.

Enjoy a vacation that’s as self-catering as you like. The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining room welcome chefs and cooks alike. All appliances are available, even the coffee maker and garbage disposal you can’t live without. However, nearby restaurants are equally worth your attention. Pets will love any time you allow them at nearby Broward Paw Park, a fantastic local dog beach with wide acclaim.
