Description

Location, location, location is what our Venice Harbor 606 rental home offers. Our Venice Florida rental beach house is a 4 block walk to the private Venice Golden Beach in Venice and only a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. Our guests have "deed access" to the private Golden Beach. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the Venice Pier and Sharky's where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
Though perfectly placed between beach and town, you can sit in this vacation home’s private backyard and enjoy time utterly to yourself. Fruit trees and lush landscaping make it a welcoming haven, whether for reading a book or playing with your pet.
With two beds, one and half bath and a sleeper sofa that increases the available accomodation to sleep six guests, this house offers fantastic value. Available for long-term stays as well, you can rent Harbor Drive South for a month or more. Why not make it your winter base and invite family and other couples to join you in the sun?
While in and around the house, everyone’s assured of great comfort and privacy. The beds, a queen in the master suite and two twins in the guest room, are extremely comfy. A large living room feels all the more so thanks to high ceilings, with cooling Terrazzo tile underfoot. Guests with laptops will appreciate the convenience of high-speed Internet.
Return from an enjoyable golf game at one of Venice’s many courses and enjoy an evening cocktail with loved ones. Walk together just a few minutes to the beach for the spectacular Gulf sunsets. From there - who knows?
Head home to grill fresh fish on your private barbecue, making a salad in the fully stocked kitchen or perhaps stroll to Sharky’s for great live music. With such a fantastic location, you’ll be able to live your vacation moment by moment.
Enjoy both sides of Florida life in Venice - the picture-postcard beach vacation with gorgeous sunsets and a warm sense of genuine community in the nearby town. Towards the town of Venice itself, walk just eight blocks to find coffee shops, seafood restaurants and great window shopping. Slightly further, still in easy walking distance, are the Venice Pier and fantastic Brohard Paw Park for your pets. (Yes, this house is pet-friendly!)

Evakuation of 606 Harbor Dr S

This house was very clean and Kevin was very helpful. We did have a problem with the second bathroom (water kept running). The location is great from the standpoint of walking distance to both downtown & the dog beach but the road is a bit busy and noisy from a traffic standpoint.

Spring break adventure

Property was presented as a house but was actually a duplex. Was not as close to beach and shopping as presented. Floors and couches could have been much cleaner, everything else was clean. Beds were very comfy and kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils.
