Drenched in Florida sunshine, this beach house boasts a lovely back yard and views of the bay. Brand new furniture is an added treat in this comfortable and inviting beach home with secluded access to the beach one block away.
Guests are invited to bring their pets, their boat - even the in-laws. Three bedrooms mean ample room for eight and there’s generous living space throughout. Enjoy fantastic barbecues out here before heading into Venice for a refreshing ice cream or dance the night away at Sharky’s live music venue. The beach and boat access just beyond are visible from the backyard itself - it really is just a stone’s throw.
You’ll equally enjoy the warm gulf sunshine indoors, where large windows keep the house constantly filled with happy sunlight. Air-flow is great through the house, helped with ceiling fans. The living room has space enough for everyone and tiled floors are perfect for hot weather. Cream walls complement two arm chairs, with a large couch an ideal spot for piling on to during a movie marathon.
An open plan kitchen/dining area has lots of cupboard space and plenty of counter tops to work up a feast. Seat four around the pine dining table. All kitchen gear is on hand, as well as necessary appliances - stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave.
A bright and cheerful master bedroom invites weary travelers to relax on a king-sized bed. White furniture and double aspect windows make the room seem even bigger.
Enjoy this space as your private retreat, curling into a corner sofa/day bed to read a book or relax. Large white bedside tables and a space vanity with dresser keep all your things easily organized. In the full bathroom, enjoy the space of separate his/hers vanities, in a room with warm Mediterranean yellows and oranges.
A wicker headboard atop the queen bed in the second room sets a serene and country cottage mood. The house sleeps six guests in its three bedrooms and, uniquely, has another queen bed in its third guest room. Enjoy the space to completely move in, with a massive wall closet available. Two more guests, up to eight in total, will sleep comfortably on the living room’s pull-out sleeper sofa. A laundry room provides all the convenience of home and an ample driveway has outdoor parking.
Ten minutes’ drive away is downtown Venice, a small city big enough to meet all interests. Its historical district is of particular note, with bars, an old train station and old homes making up this listed area.
