Located on a quiet side street just steps from St. Augustine Beach, our Mediterranean-style house has two big floors with separate exterior entrances so that, if you like, one part of your group can occupy the ground floor with their own kitchenette and 2 bedrooms, while the rest can stay on the second floor with a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms . . . and everyone can share the crow's nest, the sparkling swimming pool, and the bubbly heated spa!

Of course, the house also works as one big space, with the downstairs kitchenette as the coolest-feature-ever for teens who want to hang out around the huge TV in between trips to the beach and the pool! Prepare to fall in love with this pool, by the way -- it's private, surrounded by soft grass, and so refreshing! And after a long day sightseeing in St. Augustine, nothing beats slipping into the bubbly delight of our heated spa!

With gorgeous views of the beach from our big second-floor deck -- not to mention 360-degree panoramas from the crow's nest! -- Golden Sands is the perfect venue to watch the sun rise, spot dolphins in the surf, enjoy the sight of pelicans silently gliding by, and celebrate the magnificent sunset. And in between it all, you'll be living in luxury in our light, airy, oh-so-comfy house!

The second floor of Golden Sands is the main living area, with an absolutely enormous living room leading out to the wide balcony. From the recessed ceiling to the gigantic 56-inch HDTV to the ultra-comfortable recliner, you will love this room! One of the sofas folds out into a bed for 2 lucky people to sleep within view of the sea. And there's room for all your stuff here, from Legos projects to the Sunday paper.

Just off the living room is a delightful sunshiny alcove, perfect for reading, updating your Facebook status (you have free wireless Internet at Golden Sands), or indulging in one of those long conversations that make vacations so unforgettable. There are many little nooks and crannies in this house that set it apart from others, and make your time here more interesting and comfortable.

The dining table is adjacent to the living room, with padded chairs that make you want to linger for dessert (and maybe a quick game of Pictionary with the whole gang afterwards?). And our kitchen is a chef's dream, from the gleaming appliances to the polished wooden cabinetry to the arched window over the double sink. There's even a little waterdrop-shaped breakfast table attached to one end -- just the thing for keeping the peanut gallery busy with crayons and paper while you make dinner!

Three bedrooms are on the second floor, including a glorious master suite with a heavenly king-sized bed and a gleaming marble-and-glass bath that features a walk-in shower and a soaking tub with Jacuzzi jets. The beach and the swimming pool may be the water attractions for everyone else, but you're going to look forward to luxuriating in this tub as much as anything at Golden Sands!

The second bedroom has a double bed, the third a queen-sized, and both have TVs. A second full bathroom, with both a shower and tub option, is convenient to both.

The first floor contains 2 more bedrooms -- 1 leading directly out to the patio, the other with a queen-sized bed and a TV -- and a huge living area, with a kitchenette and dining area, reading nook, queen-sized sleeper sofa, and huge TV. So much space . . . and when you step outside, the fenced-in swimming pool, heated spa, and grassy lounging area greet you!
