Located on the ground floor at a family-oriented condo complex with tennis, shuffleboard, a fitness center, and private walkways to the beach, Ocean Village Club K15 is convenient and accessible for everyone. If you're traveling with a large group, consider renting K14 next door as well, and keeping everyone together!

Your favorite part of the condo may well be our shady lanai, a charming little outside room that captures the salty sea breeze and the distant thrum of the waves. There's room to sit out here with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise, catch up with your social life on the laptop (wireless Internet is complimentary at Ocean Village Club House), or watch the stars come out to the tune of your favorite music on the iPod.

The lanai looks out on a grassy courtyard and the pool, so you can turn the kids loose each morning and see them safely all the way to poolside without moving from your chair!

The inside of the condo is as appealing as the lanai, especially when you want to relax and regroup after a busy day in the sunshine. It's cool and quiet in here, with a large TV (with VCR and DVD player) broadcasting your favorite shows as you chill out on the comfy couch and loveseat. And there's room for everyone, including the kids and their toys on the soft carpet. Make yourself at home and stay awhile!

Our dining area -- which has tough competition from the lanai! -- is just past the living room, so you don't have to miss a minute of the movie as you eat. This table is also a good spot for family games, having been known to sport a wobbly Jenga tower or two in its day! Spread out all your maps and brochures here to plan your next sightseeing adventure, let the kids build their Legos creations, and put out a bowl of popcorn for general snacking. This area is the command center for the condo!

You may not be planning on doing much cooking this vacation, but whether you use it 3 times a day or only occasionally, our kitchen will please you. It's completely stocked with cookware, utensils, gadgets, and dishes -- all those things you suddenly wish you had while on vacation, from a corkscrew to a can opener! Just add groceries and you're equipped to prepare and serve a feast. Or, if a quick cup of coffee and a toaster pastry on the way out the door is more your style, we've got the time-savers you need to speed you along: microwave, coffee maker, blender, icemaker, and toaster.

Perhaps the best time-saver of all is concealed in one corner of the kitchen: a washer and dryer set, stacked and waiting for all those dirty towels and damp swimsuits! You can pack lightly this trip, knowing any of your clothes can get clean and dry in a trice.

The kitchen and living area of our condo are well furnished and designed for entertainment and fun, while the bedrooms emphasize calm, soothing slumber. All of the linens, pillows, blankets, and towel sets you'll need are provided here, so when you arrive you don't have to worry about finding the right size sheets for the beds. Just walk in and you're home!

The master suite contains a plump queen-size bed, large TV, plenty of closet and dresser space, and sliding glass door access to the lanai. Its en suite bathroom features a separate powder room area as well as a walk-in shower. Relax, pamper yourself, and sleep late. It's easy to do here.

The second bedroom is cozy and soothing, with matching twin beds and easy access to the second full bathroom, containing both a bathtub and shower. And our living room couch converts into a bed for 2, just in case you need a third sleeping area.
