Our condo is on the ground floor of a building just inside the gates of this family-oriented resort, so hopping on the road for a sightseeing adventure is a snap. (So is arriving back home at night -- no stairs to contend with!) Our pleasant, breezy lanai overlooks the grassy grounds, offering a lovely place for that first cup of coffee in the morning!

Our living area is open and light, with a large TV, VCR, and DVD player. Sink into the couch or cushiony chair and unwind from a day at the beach or a round of golf! Everything in our condo is designed for your comfort and rest, so put up your feet and recharge your batteries while listening to your favorite music or watching an old movie.

The dining area is adjacent to the TV room, with a round table that works very nicely for a game of Outburst or a quick session on the laptop. Wireless Internet is free here at our Ocean Village Club House, so don't worry about writing down phone numbers or directions to all the places you want to visit. You can access them in a snap online at the Ocean Village Club House, anytime!

You will love our convenient and very well-stocked kitchen. All you need to add is groceries: we've got everything else waiting for you, from all major appliances to cookware, utensils, and dishes. Want to sauté the fish you caught, bake a birthday cake, or mix a giant pitcher of margaritas? You'll find all the equipment and more right here!

The living and dining area of our condo are open and friendly, keeping everyone together, while the bedroom is very private and quiet. We want you to sleep late every morning of your vacation, and to look forward to retiring to this room every night. So we've taken extra care to make it comfortable and pleasant. The bed is queen-size and luxurious, with his-and-her lamps. The walls are a soft buttery yellow. A large TV stands ready to entertain you far into the night. And a sliding glass door waits to usher you onto the lanai for a moonlight moment.

The bathroom is spotlessly clean and well appointed as well, with the option for either a tub bath or a shower. All of the linens, towels, pillows, and blankets you need at Ocean Village Club M16 are provided for you here. So travel light and don't give a thought to bringing supplies for the house. It's all here!

Our washer and dryer are tucked into the bathroom area as well. It's so convenient to be able to toss in a load of towels on your way out the door and not think about them again until you return and transfer them to the dryer! It's also handy when the kids spend the day bobbing in and out of the nearby swimming pool, changing swimsuits every time!

If you need to sleep 1 or 2 more people, the couch in the living room converts to a bed.

Ocean Village Club M16 is just the right size for so many types of vacations. It has been known to serve as home for students during a pre-exam studying blitz. Couples and parents with 1 or 2 young children have made it their go-to beach haven. And it's perfect for a pair of friends out for an economical beach trip.
