Whether you wake in time for the sunrise, or are more of a sunset-vibes-at-happy-hour type, you’ll love the condo’s large, private and ocean-front patio. It’s got four Adirondack chairs, with a handy table for snacks and drinks. Face towards the ocean and you’ll enjoy views for miles.

Tropical living is on order and this condo’s cheerful yellow walls and comfy new IKEA sofas furnishings deliver. It's a pretty cool concept and the sleeper sofa is extremely comfortable. A ceiling fan keeps you cool whether you’re enjoying our brand new 40" HDTV & Blue Ray/DVD player or reading a book.

A casual dining table offers seating for four and plenty of room for lots of feasting. Wait for dinner at the adjacent breakfast bar, or roll up your sleeves and help out in the fully stocked kitchen. All appliances are provided, as is cookware and a trusty coffee maker. (In case you need a little caffeine help to better enjoy your sunrises). With windows both to the back of the kitchen and the living room’s sliding door, this unit remains very bright at all times of day.

High ceilings in the master bedroom improve a light, bright space. Sleep in, enjoying the luxury of a king bed with a Temperpedic mattress and a carved wooden headboard. Two armchairs wait next to the large picture window, an ideal spot to grab some quiet time for yourself. And, the master bedroom also includes a new 40" HDTV & Blue Ray player.

As many as 3 guests can sleep in the second bedroom, though the unit accommodates up to 7 total, with a queen-sized sofa bed too. As a bonus, there is even a stroller and porta-crib in the closet for the little ones. The condo also includes beach toys, games, books and dvd's for the little ones.

The guest bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Charming sky blue decor matches a cloud white ceiling. Both bedrooms have their own TVs and, fittingly, both the en suite and guest bathrooms boast a sea-life motif. The master has a 40" HDTV & a blueray/dvd player. The 2nd bedroom has a tv, dvd player & dvds for kids and adults to enjoy.

As for extras, Pier Point South provides plenty. In-suite laundry is totally convenient and a superb location puts St. Augustine at your fingertips and ample sun beds surround the pool to always assure a good spot.

One visit and you will want to come back. Pier Point 49 is on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of a 3 story building, this condo provides views of the Atlantic Ocean. Open the living room sliding doors and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean. We also manage Pier Point 50 next door - perfect for families traveling together.
