From the second-floor balcony of our condo at Salt Run 7B, you can see the waterway and boat slips, as well as the swimming pool. Come to Anastasia Island and stay at our comfy and convenient condo, just a short walk from historic downtown St. Augustine!

The balcony will draw you out at all times of day or night, with its refreshing sea breeze and balmy air. A table and chairs allow for al fresco dining and drinks, while the overhead cover provides shade and protection from those (rare) days of inclement weather. This is your window on the world at Salt Run 7B . . . not to mention a prime coffee-drinking, bird-watching, and phone-using spot!

Step back inside through the sliding glass doors and you find yourself in the tropical-influenced décor of the condo. If you are accustomed to hotel rooms or "cookie cutter" rental properties, you will pleasantly surprised by Salt Run 7B. It has personality to spare! The living and dining areas, in our open-plan design, are an eclectic mix of rattan and wicker, prints and stripes, all in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. We've been told that staying here is a bit like visiting the home of a favorite uncle who has traveled the world! We don't know about that, but we hope you enjoy our furnishings and style.

The living room boasts an entertainment center with cable TV and all its assorted bells and whistles, faced by a long, ultra-comfortable couch (post-beach afternoon nap, anyone?), cushioned chairs, and a lovely view of the condo complex greenery and pool. Cozy up with a book, encourage the kids to flop down on the rug with their toys, or break out your laptop for a few quick emails to jealous friends. (You have free WiFi at Salt Run 7B -- and the signal extends out on the balcony, which is absolutely heavenly place to work!)

The dining area consists of a round table with 4 wide, comfy chairs. Let's face it: you're either going to eat out at St. Augustine's glorious restaurants (Conch House is a block away, and you won't want to miss it!), carry your meals out to the balcony, or dine on the beach or boat! With this in mind, may we suggest that you bring a deck of cards and a few board games, and convert the dining table into Game Central? It has hosted many a rubber of bridge, though we can't claim it always brings lucky hands!

Just beyond the dining table is a breakfast bar set with stools and our handy galley-style kitchen. You'll find full-sized appliances here, not to mention the full complement of cookware, utensils, and dishes. If you plan on fishing on your boat or visiting some of the excellent local seafood markets, you'll find everything you need to prepare a meal fit for a king! And while you're at the grocery, stock up on drinks, popcorn, and other munchables. You're going to want a night in at some point during your vacation, and you want to be all set for a movie marathon or long night of reminiscing!

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath at Salt Run 7B, sleeping up to 4 very comfortably. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and windows in 2 directions. The second contains a double bed and 2 more bright windows. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together, or a single family.

The bath contains both a shower and tub option, and is stocked with fluffy-fresh towels. We also provide all the linens you need for the beds, along with extra pillows and blankets. Please feel free to use our washer and dryer while you're here, too. It makes vacationing a lot easier to have a quick way to keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry!

Salt Run 7B is part of a complex with less than 100 units, right on the shore. A big swimming pool is yours to use, and there are several docks. You're surrounded by water here, which means fabulous marine life, fascinating birds, and plenty of natural Florida beauty! Both the sunrise and the sunset are spectacular, and there are plenty of walking and hiking trails.

Best of all, you'll love being just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, with all its attractions.
