Kids will love the backyard access through wide sliding doors. Adults will love the 3rd floor crow's nest featuring ocean and golf course views.

Keen cooks will love and a center island will become operation central for languid pancake breakfasts or a great family BBQ. The breakfast nook offers real flexibility and a second nearby side table seats four.
