When you walk into our condo at Sea Haven 318, the first thing to draw your attention will be the huge sliding-glass door leading out to our covered patio, with a view of the pool and the Atlantic beyond. These floor-to-ceiling doors occupy almost one entire wall, blurring the distinction between indoors and out (and giving you a great view all the way from the kitchen!). Step outside, sink onto the lounge chair or grab a glass of wine and enjoy our casual dining table. You've arrived!

When the balmy air and bracing sea breeze has restored you, slip back indoors and enjoy the cool comfort of our spacious living area. Sea Haven 318 has an open-plan design for the living and dining areas, so the group can stay together even when some want to watch a favorite movie on our 26-inch HDTV while others prefer to settle down to a game of pinochle at the dining table. (This table also makes a good computer center; you have free wireless Internet here, so bring your electronics and stay connected!)

Comfy couches (one of which converts into a bed for 2) and chairs fill the living space at Sea Haven 318, while a soft carpet offers relief from hot "beach feet." This is a room to relax in, whether you want to open the drapes wide and enjoy the great view or close them tightly and savor your privacy.

Adjacent to the dining table is our kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could ask for to prepare and serve a feast. All you add is groceries -- we've got spotlessly clean full-size appliances, including all the time-savers that make kitchen time so much easier: a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender, among others. Even if you're mostly just whipping up drinks and snacks, our kitchen makes it a little easier!

Speaking of easy and convenient, in our hall closet you'll find our stacked washer and dryer. Pack light for your stay at Sea Haven 318 and keep everything fresh and ready to go with our washer/dryer! They're a lifesaver when the kids just have to get back in the pool one more time before bed!

The togetherness of our living area is great for family time, but the bedrooms at Sea Haven 318 emphasize restful quiet. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with an ultra-comfortable mattress, a TV, a long window, and an en suite master bath with a walk-in shower complete with seat. This spacious suite is a haven after the busy activity of the day, so plan to "oversleep" many mornings at Sea Haven 318! After all, what's a vacation for?!

The 2nd bedroom in our condo is also spacious, with a queen-sized bed and TV. The second bathroom (with a shower) is convenient to this bedroom as well as to the living area. And you'll find all of the towel sets, as well as all linens, blankets, and pillows, waiting for you here. No need to rush out and pick up "emergency" extras -- we've got you covered!The Sea Haven condo complex is packed with amenities you'll enjoy. In addition to the oceanfront pool, you'll find racquetball and shuffleboard courts here, as well as a mini-golf course, a grilling and picnic area, and private beach access via a dune walkover. From the patio at Sea Haven 318 to the sugary sands of Crescent Beach is about a minute's walk!

In the opposite direction from the ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway beckons, with its meandering inlets, quieter waters, and teeming wildlife. Hiking and biking trails make exploring the Intracoastal easy, as do kayak and canoe rentals nearby. This little pocket of northeast Florida contains some beautiful natural sights, as well as a rare glimpse of Old Florida charm -- uncrowded and laid-back. You're going to absolutely love it.
