The patio at Barefoot Trace 113 invites you to slip outdoors at any time of day or night, drink in hand, and savor the soothing murmur of the surf, the balmy Florida air, and the beautiful scenery. We've set out casual seating and dining here, so feel free to bring your laptop or smartphone (you have free wireless Internet at Barefoot Trace 113) and connect with your less fortunate friends back home ("I'm watching pelicans dive for their breakfast in the sea!"). The stargazing is great from our patio, and if you happen to rise early enough one morning, you've got the best seat in the world for the sunrise!

When it's time to go inside (the aroma of fresh coffee is overpowering you, perhaps), step into our airy, light open-plan condo and immediately feel refreshed and cool. The tiled floor feels great on those hot beach feet (you are required to go barefoot at least once at Barefoot Trace!), the leather furnishings are soft and comfy, and the big TV with DVD player await your favorite movies and shows. Sink down in comfort, the ocean still visible through the sliding glass doors, and enjoy a little downtime in the silent air conditioning. What bliss!

The dining area is adjacent to the living room, so you can enjoy views from the table, too. Our big wooden table has plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy a feast, and it's so comfortable that you may find yourself lingering at the table long after the meal, exchanging memories or indulging in a quick game of Hearts. Fresh drinks and snacks are within easy reach on the built-in sideboard and cabinets, and the atmosphere is so relaxed and fun. Sometimes these moments turn out to be the very best of the vacation!

Now, just because the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes -- as well as gleaming appliances and stone countertops -- does not mean you are under any obligation to cook! It's true -- this is a gourmand's dream kitchen, with everything you could want to prepare and serve a feast, but it also works very nicely for folks who just want to reheat the fabulous leftovers from St. Augustine's fine restaurants and serve up bowls of chips and popcorn to the troops each evening! There's a little breakfast nook in here too, which makes a great kids' table or work station away from all the activity of the main living and dining area.

When the day draws to a close, you'll look forward to retiring to either of the 2 bedrooms at Barefoot Trace 113. The master suite regales you with panoramic ocean views from the king-sized bed, plus a big TV and an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and stone countertop.

The 2nd bedroom is spacious as well, boasting a queen-sized bed, large TV, and sunny window. The second full bathroom is convenient to this room, and contains a tub option as well as a shower. And there's even a half-bath to serve the living and dining area of the condo.
