It's all about the view at our 2-storey condo, located in a prime position in a small, family-oriented, gated oceanfront complex with 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and courts for tennis and racquetball. A private walkway leads you from the grassy courtyard over the lovely sand dunes and onto our wide, unspoiled beach, where schools of dolphins have been known to cavort, shells and shark's teeth wash up with every fresh tide, and any activity from fishing to sandcastle-building is a delight. The sunrise is utterly magnificent here . . . that is, if you don't want to catch it from the comfort of your bed instead!

The master bedroom is spacious and airy, dominated by the huge sliding glass door leading onto the sundeck (where lounge chairs await you). The king-size bed is absolutely the last word in luxury, while the large TV will keep you entertained any time you aren't stargazing or reading in the comfy papa-san chair with footstool. Closets and dressers stand ready to accept all your vacation togs, while his-and-her lamps promise that one of you can sleep in peace while the other stays up to see the late late show or finish that devilish Sudoku.

The second bedroom contains matching twin beds, and is a snug and cozy nest, just right for little ones who still take an afternoon nap or bigger ones who don't rise until early afternoon. And if you need to sleep 1 or 2 more folks, rely on the couch in our living room. It unfolds into a bed for 2, giving lucky guests a great view of the ocean from their bed, too!

The living room is a relaxed and welcoming place for the whole group, with a massive honey-colored sectional sofa just right for those mid-afternoon snoozes, a huge TV with VCR and DVD player (bring your movies and music!), and sliding glass doors leading out to the private patio, with more ocean views and comfortable seating for those al fresco dinners and long lingering cups of coffee.

Of course, it is possible to dine indoors as well (!), and you may find our dining area -- just past the living room -- the nerve center of the condo, thanks to its big rectangular table, bright light, and comfy white wicker chairs. What begins as a meal may end as a night of Trivial Pursuit around this table! It's a good place to spread out maps and brochures to all the attractions you want to visit, pop open the laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Sea Place 13239), and plan your next road trip.

The kitchen lies beyond the dining area, fully equipped not only with appliances but with all the gadgets, cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to prepare and serve just about anything. Just add groceries! You'll love having a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender handy, not to mention all those little things you didn't know you'd need, such as a corkscrew!

Our kitchen is spotlessly clean and very convenient, and we think you'll find it pleasant and easy to work in. We also have a stacked washer and dryer at your disposal, so you can keep up with the laundry without having to leave the condo.

There are 2 full and 1 half bathrooms at Sea Place 13239, with options for both tub baths and showers. All of the towel sets are provided, as are all the linens you'll need for the beds. Everything is soft to the touch and in tip-top condition. Just because you're at the beach doesn't mean you have to put up with "beach casual"! You'll find our condo beautifully maintained.
