Spanish Trace 108 sleeps 6 very comfortably in pleasant, beautifully appointed surroundings. Sliding glass doors lead in from our partially covered courtyard patio to the living area, with plush couches and chairs, soft rugs, and an HDTV with DVD player and surround-sound stereo system. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day outdoors, this area is big enough for the whole group!

Just beyond the sitting area is our dining table, with a nice view of the courtyard and plenty of space. We also have a breakfast table in the kitchen -- and you'll find yourself taking many meals outdoors to the patio anyway! -- so feel free to devote one of the tables to games, computers (you have free wireless Internet at Spanish Trace 108), or the kids' projects. No vacation is complete without a family night, so break out the Clue and Monopoly, the markers and drawing tablets, and have a fun evening in!

Snacks and drinks are close at hand in our efficient, fully appointed kitchen. All you add is groceries: we've got all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could ask for to prepare anything from a pitcher of frosty blender drinks to a three-course feast. The cool tiled floors and gleaming appliances make our kitchen appealing even to those who have vowed to have an "eat out only" vacation!

While the living and dining area is open and connected, the bedrooms at Spanish Trace 108 are designed for maximum privacy and quiet. The master bedroom, painted a soft eggshell blue, contains an ultra-luxurious queen-sized bed, soft carpeting, plenty of storage space, and a long window featuring both curtains for beauty and blinds for sunlight blocking. This is a huge room, with an en suite bath containing both a tub and shower option. Beautifully decorated and spacious, it is a haven you won't want to leave in the morning. (So turn off the alarm, roll over, and sleep another hour--you're on vacation!)

The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, an HDTV, and a cheerful nautical décor that will appeal to all ages. The second full bathroom is convenient to this room as well as to the living area. And remember, all of the linens, pillows, and towels you will need for Spanish Trace 108 are provided for you. Pack light and come as you are -- it's all waiting for you here! Note: Laundry room is directly adjacent next door to the condo.

If you would like to sleep 6 instead of 4, the sofa in the living room folds out into a bed. The lucky occupants of this space can leave the blinds open one night, if desired, and get a first-class view of the sunrise from their bed!

As pleasant and convenient as Spanish Trace 108 is, its location is even nicer. At our condo you are just yards from one of northeast Florida's most beautiful beaches, with sugary white sands and sparkling waves. The shelling is good here, the wildlife still plentiful, and the beach family friendly. Plan to rise early one morning while you're here and treat yourself to a view of the sun rising over the Atlantic, and count the stars every night! You will fall in love with our beach.

The Spanish Trace complex is a gated community with just 48 units, all grouped around the extra-large swimming pool at the center. In addition to the pool, Spanish Trace offers lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and horseshoe pits.
