Our L-shaped 55-foot deck is going to win your heart before you even explore the inside of the condo! Accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom, it sends fresh sea breezes wafting throughout Surf Club I 2301, reminding you that the beach is just yards away. There is casual seating and dining space out here, and the deck receives a mix of sun and shade all day, so you can always find just the right spot. Settle in with a beach novel or perhaps a bottle of wine to share as the sun goes down. It's even a great spot for the laptop (the free wireless Internet service at our condo extends to the deck). Bliss!

Make the deck an extension of the open-plan living and dining area when you're spending time at home. Throw open the sliding-glass doors and you discover that the interior of the condo, furnished in white, cream, and blue, matches the gorgeous exterior! The wall-mounted flat-screen TV (with DVD player and VCR) is cleverly set right in the corner facing the sea, so you can watch the big sky and follow the tides even as you enjoy a good movie!

The two big couches in the living room encourage you to flop down and relax, while the 2 indoor tables offer plenty of space for a buffet spread plus a game table. Convert the breakfast nook into a battleground for Scattergories, and fill the blender with frosty concoctions while popcorn is merrily popping in the microwave. Or, if you enjoy cooking, prepare a homemade feast and set a lavish table. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and trimmings you need in our spotless kitchen. All you add is groceries!

Speaking of finding everything you need, you are also welcome to use our washer and dryer at Surf Club I 2301. All of the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath here are provided, along with spare pillows and towels, so pack light and know that you can always keep your vacation togs clean. You may find yourself going to the beach, tennis courts, and swimming pools half a dozen times a day -- it's hard to resist! -- so you never have to worry about needing fresh clothes.

Our open living and dining area is great for spending time with the group, but at bedtime you want privacy and quiet, which is just what you'll find at Surf Club I 2301. Perfect for a family or two couples traveling together, the accommodations here ensure that everyone gets a great night's sleep in preparation for another day of fun in Palm Coast.

The master suite is such a glorious place to retire to each night, you may find yourself looking forward to it even while you're sightseeing in St. Augustine or golfing in Palm Coast. The bedroom contains a luxurious king-sized bed, from which you can gaze out to the ocean! Or, for a closer look, step through the sliding glass door and out to the deck. There's a TV in here, so you can enjoy your own shows in private.

The master bath is spacious and updated, with his-and-her vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Pick up some bath salts and enjoy a long soak after a busy day in the sun and sea!

The second bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds, a wall-mounted TV, soft carpeting, and a sense of calm that's invaluable when it's time for keyed-up children to go to sleep. The second full bathroom, with both a shower and tub option, is convenient to this room.

Surf Club is a Mediterranean-style resort right on the beach in Palm Coast. Recently updated, it includes just about any sport you desire, plus bike and hiking trails, a clubhouse, BBQ and picnic areas, and nearby piers just perfect for fishing.
