Tarpon Run is a small, friendly condominium complex just across the street from the beach. An inviting pool with plenty of lounging space is at your disposal, and boat launches into the Intracoastal are very convenient. Tarpon Run is a great place for a fishing, boating, or beach vacation . . . and it's just a few minutes' drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, too!

Our condo is a 2-storey townhouse with plenty of space for the whole gang. We have both a living room and a sitting room (with a queen futon that converts to a bed for 2), so you can have as much privacy or togetherness as you choose. And with 3 1/2 bathrooms, there's no waiting in line! This is a fully furnished and stocked condo, right down to the cookware and dishes, linens and towels, and all the little extras that differentiate a home from a hotel room. So pack light -- chances are, we've got that emergency item already waiting for you here!

Enter our Florida room and you see comfortable furnishings and a long bank of windows looking out on leafy greenery. This small room is perfect for intimate chats, long afternoons curled up with a book, or a separate area for teens desiring their own space. It's restful and calm in here, and you're going to love it, especially after a busy day sightseeing or splashing in the water!

The living room is much larger and more open, leading directly to the breakfast bar and kitchen. Our entertainment center is here -- we have a VCR, DVD player, and a large HDTV. Our HDTV has cable, so you can catch the big game. And the festive décor -- fishing nets on the walls, bright furnishings -- is just right for an evening of family fun. Charades, anyone?

The kitchen is spotlessly maintained and fully equipped, so you can prepare all the fresh fish caught during the trip . . . or simply reheat the leftovers from St. Augustine's great restaurants! We think you'll like timesavers like ice and water in the freezer door, a microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher, and so much more. This kitchen is a pleasure to use!

Speaking of timesavers, feel free to use our washer and dryer while you're staying at Tarpon Run 12. Between the beach, the Intracoastal, and the pool, you're going to go through a lot of swimsuits and beach towels! After all, how can you resist the kids' pleas to take a final dip in the pool before bed, or your own desire to slip out early one morning and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic?

The bedrooms at Tarpon Run 12 are very spacious and comfortable. Our master bedroom is oversized, with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. You will feel like royalty in this huge room -- your own private sanctuary of rest and relaxation!

The second bedroom contains a set of bunkbeds with a twin mattress on top and a double on the bottom. Kids love this room, which is next door to a full bathroom. You'll love all the space on the floor for the children to spread out their toys. Everyone will feel right at home at Tarpon Run 12!

The sitting room has a futon bed converting into a queen bed for 2.

Tarpon Run 12 is a great place to stay in any season. Our wood-burning fireplace keeps it cozy in winter, and the air conditioning and ceiling fans keep it cool the rest of the year.
