A giant lanai runs across the entire back of the condo, with access from both the great room and the master bedroom. You may soon consider this lanai your home away from home, because it is simply irresistible at any hour of day or night. Relax at our dining table, it is a lovely place for that first cup of coffee in the morning, last glass of wine at night, and most of the time in between, too!

Part of the Tidelands property is a nature preserve, and with the Intracoastal running through it, the area is a paradise for birds and other wildlife. Dolphins have often been spotted, and you're likely to see a blue heron or two fishing for their breakfast in early morning. Put your camera out on the lanai and, if you're a nature buff, bring your Peterson's Field Guides and your binoculars. You're going to have plenty of beautiful nature photos to show at the next Audubon Society meeting or on your Facebook page!

But Tidelands 2025 is a paradise for lovers of beautiful interior "scenery," too! Our great room offers a crystal-clear TV and an ultra-comfortable couch from which to enjoy it, as well as a majestic easy chair with space to put your feet up. For those who prefer to always be "connected", rest at ease. This condo also features it's own WiFi network. Prepare to be pampered throughout our condo -- it was designed and decorated with relaxation and sheer pleasure in mind, and the attention shows in every room!

Our dining area, just beyond the great room in this open-plan design, is a great spot not only for eating but also for game playing and computer time. The handsome table seats all 6 of you, and a modern chandelier provides plenty of light. Break out the Settlers of Catan game and have a spirited round, or upload the day's photos to Facebook. You have free wireless Internet at Tidelands 2025, too.

Whether you're a gourmet chef or a short-order specialist, you'll love our kitchen, with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and all the latest appliances in pristine condition. We've stocked all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare a feast, but even if you're just dishing up the takeout or mixing drinks in the blender, it's a lovely space to work. Just beyond it is our full laundry room, so you can toss in that load of towels and swimsuits at the same time as you broil the catch of the day with a little lemon and butter. Ah, the ease of resort living!

Just in case the dining room table becomes awash in Disney World brochures, there's actually another table and chairs in our spacious condo -- a breakfast nook just off the kitchen! This very sunny space is a lovely spot to wake up to, and because it's away from the action of the great room and dining area, it's nice for children who need to wind down with crayons or a good book before naptime.

And speaking of naptime, yours just got a whole lot better. Our master suite at Tidelands 2022 is simply luxurious, from the pleasantly firm king-size bed to the sliding glass doors out to the lanai, the big HDTV, the walk-in closet, and the en suite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and deep bathtub. Go ahead, enjoy it all -- it's just a way of life here at Tidelands 2025!

The second and third bedrooms are also comfortable and beautifully appointed, each with its own en suite bathroom. One contains a queen-size bed, large window and TV. The other features 2 twin beds and a TV, with extra floor space so the kids can spread out their Legos.

The Tidelands complex is a gated community along the Intracoastal, part nature preserve and part top-flight resort. There are endless activities to do and sights to see. Close to the European Village for shopping and fine dining, it's surrounded by fine golf courses.
