St Augustine Beach Hotel Reviews and Vacation Rentals Reviews from Trip Advisor
An excellent place to stay at the end of April or beginning of May if you want a quiet holiday on the coast. The resort is a little remote but this is outweighed by the totally unoccupied beach. St Augustine is about 20 miles north and well worth a visit or two. For Golfers there are 2 championship golf courses on the complex, with World Golf Village about 45 minutes drive and TPC at Sawgrass about 1 hour drive. Facilities at Cinnamon Beach are superb and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cinnamon Beach is a small part of a much larger complex so it benefits from the intimacy of a small resort but also has the amenities of the larger complex. This adds to it's attraction. Vacation Rental Pro's were very helpful. They are there when you need them without being intrusive and as a company they do everything they say they will. This property was perfect for our large family, and in a perfect location. It was neat and clean, and had extra bedding and enough towels for everyone. The property manager was very helpful, and got us into this home in one day! The pool was nice, the cabana was fun for the kids, and the layout of the property was great for us, because it was open, but you could shut of sections of the house in the evening after kids had gone to bed. Fantastic place to stay. Condo site is split beach/ bay side. Bayside is excellent with large pool and great gardens. Nearly every day we sat on seats, drinking coffee as the sun rose and saw all sorts of creatures including Dolphins and a manatee. A 5 minute walk to the soft fine sandy beach is easy and chairs/ beds are provided. The apartment is spacious and easily allowed a party of 4 adults loads of space and privacy when wanted. The complex is a mix of residents and rental guests. The owners are very friendly and keep the place in excellent condition. There are many restaurants/ bars within 3 miles from Turtles at Turtle beach, to bars etc at Siesta Village as well as those around the Gulf Gate area on the mainland. Cathie and I had a great month in Cinnamon Beach Ocean Front Rentals, building 900 unit no. 855. The unit was very clean, well furnished and in almost new condition and had great views of ocean and the magnificent sunrises. The entire complex was beautifully landscaped and had miles of sidewalks for those days when to cool for beach activities. The Pools and Club House were great also and were used when the ocean breeze was cool. The other guest, owners and staff were most friendly and polite, adding to the pleasure of the stay. We would like to thank Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo for supplying the unit with items to begin our stay and arranging this great place for us.
